I use to work at this location. Loved the job and most the people who work here are amazing workers. I left the job a while back, shortly after a new store manager was hired, Tisha Dewey. There were issues with her right away, not with just me but everyone employed in the store. That being said, I left for other reasons, a better job opportunity. Since I have left my prior co-workers have been through a lot because of her and do not know what to do. Reports to HR, claiming that we invaded her privacy because we had a cookout at an ex employee’s apartment and she happened to live in the same complex. She refers to all the men as sexist. It was so unbelievably out of control that we looked her up and she has in fact done the same thing at multiple other stores she worked at in the past. She routinely breaks company policy by taking employees off property while on the clock to purchase items, as well as having employees run trucks days before they are supposed to be done. Told one employee “enjoy your vacation, when you get back ill have your replacement”. She told another supervisor that she wants to make one of the cashiers cry. She will keep employees in the office for HOURS at a time, then demand people finish the work she kept them from doing. One supervisor who is partially deaf, was screamed at by her, for in fact not hearing her. Multiple HR reports have been filed but she gets told who reports her, she then treats the employees worse. Ive seen it myself shortly before I left and its a shame because this store use to be an amazing place to work. She argues with customers about phrasing of tool parts even. A lot of people will not care about this post, or understand. I have a lot of people I care about working there and its so unfortunate to see it unfold the way it has, they dont know what to do next so Im hoping this helps in someway.

Helpful staff when entering to locate needed items. Clean facilities. Only a 4 star because one item I specifically came for was not in stock, but the website listed in stock and employee, when I commented on item, ignored the question and continued with the check out process.

Good prices on tools for home use..If you need to use tools for heavy duty use, or in a business, spend more on name brands at some other retailer. This place is great for weekend warriors types and dads puttering around the house/garage....

Friendly staff. They seem to never have the big ticket items but willing to send you to lincoln to get what you want when all they would have to do is issue a ranchers. Stupid policy. Hard to buy local when the store wants to send you out of town. Guess I'll start shopping in Lincoln

Lots of selection and a large variety of tools. It's a one stop shop when it comes to tools you may need or ones you didn't know you needed. Prices are good and worth a look before going elsewhere. People are always friendly and edgier to help you find what your looking for.

Big store very clean, the guys stocking shelves wasn't worried about helping us out but after 20 minutes of waiting he realized what we needed was right beside him. Had he not been wearing headphones we would have been able to get what we needed.

Everyone's always friendly and returns are just as painless as they've always been.Definitely be coming back and buying more tools I don't need, nice to have access to a tool store without having to hunt down what you need through several local outlets

Great selection of tools at low prices! I walked in for twinkle lights and walked out with the lights and a rivet puncher(for 3.99 mind you!). Couldn't believe some.of their prices were so low!
