The store itself is just fine with products and prices even though it's pretty cluttered and narrow but I experienced something I never have there before until today, 08/19/23 at 1:00p.m.. the middle aged woman who was working the register was wearing a scowl for an expression. She was extremely impatient with us and the young boys in front of us who had forgotten their wallet in the car. She then proceeded to be even more impatient with them and rushed them even though my girlfriend and I said it was fine. They were kids. We all know kids make mistakes sometimes. We were in no rush. Still, she rushed them and was snippy at them. When it was our turn, my girlfriend made the honest mistake of thinking she double charged us twice for an on-sale item and kindly asked if she did. The employee then got even more impatient and snippy instead of being kind and explaining the ticket like she should have. To make matters worse, during my SEPARATE transaction, she proceeded to further let out her frustration even on me when I hadn't said a single harsh word to her. She practically yelled my total at me with visible and audible frustration and impatience. After leaving the store, we think we figured out why she was so impatient and frustrated. We saw her leave the building and walk to the side of the building for what seemed to be a SMOKE BREAK. Regardless of any of her personal afflictions or frustrations, no kind customer or a child should ever be treated like that especially by an employee. If I do not hear back that she has been corrected severely or fired, if my girlfriend and I see her in the store when we walk in, we will walk out. The employee was completely out of line being so frustrated and impatient visibly and audibly like she had something better to do than checking out customers in her store that she was working.

For a dollar store you can't complain too much. The isles are narrow and there isn't a way to let the cashier know your ready to check out ( not their fault). There is a lot of super cool finds there if you had the time to look through everything. The customer service was good. The cashier wasn't super chatty which I am perfectly fine with. She seemed tired which is completely understandable. It's not a bad store just needs to be wider in the aisles and things need to be a little bit easier to find I had a hard time finding a broom. I do go here for things that I want better-quality the Dollar Tree so to speak but more reasonable then say maybe Walmart. It's right across the street from where I work and I actually enjoy looking around in there when I have time.

This location is exceptionally clean, free of merchandise in the aisles, and all products were front facing. Employees were taking pride in their work. It was easy to find the items I needed and checkout was fast.

I love this place ALWAYS clean &orderlyAlso they get excellent inventory...I tookA star away... Because of one of thd clerks. I've seen her a handful of times.,, ,each time she was grumpy and definitely not happy to be there, she makes it tense and very uncomfortableEverything and everyone else is spot on!!

In spite of a few misunderstandings the staff was very polite and professional while helping me. Busy weekend and all, I got my two 20lb bags of ice in the end, even with having to do returns.

Would gave 5 stars but the last time I went I was over charged for clearance item. And double charged on only buying one. Wasn't happy when I got home n liked over recipet

I love this store for quick shopping, the stores Lay out makes it really easy to navigate through and get what you need fast, and they have really good prices, on my last trip in I had a couple questions and the staff was really friendly and quick to help

Mad at hell !! Went there only to discovered they'd discontinued the fat free coffee creamer and drink mixes to put in bottled water that I purchased...wont go back
