We started out with a great relationship doing business for our event, however, that did not last long. I had emailed to order shirts two weeks later, they respond. Another week goes by and I receive a "proof" which was not professional and could have done it on my own. I then inquired about a personal shirt order fix that I needed for a t-shirt I purchased online. Instead, I received a snarky email asking why I bought online, then telling me they couldn't fit it in. Completely unprofessional. We have dealt with lack of communication, over pricing, errors, time issues and flat out rudeness. I would think twice before shopping here.. there are other locations available in the surrounding areas. It simply is not the same since Robin passed away. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but now have washed my hands. ;)

I ordered two sweatshirts for a sports team to support my daughter. It cost about $50 for the two shirts.First, there was the unprofessionalism of the company not knowing when the shirts would be finished. I went to pick up the shirts twice and they were not ready, even though I received messages that they were ready. This is their business. They should know when an order is going to be ready. I process orders for a living. I have to know exactly when an order will be done. That is just how things work.For the two sweatshirts that I ordered, I ordered grey, but the lady wrote down white. When I called to see if I could make it right, the woman on the phone said it was written down a white. No one would listen. Why would I order white and then complain about it? It doesn't make any sense. . . When I asked how much to make this right again, their response was simply buy two more shirts. Why should I buy two more shirts when the first ones were not correct?On a separate order, they didn't spell our name correctly. This has not been fixed but I understand it will be. It is still a mistake made.I would never recommend this business to anyone. I would say buy a shirt from a convenience store and make it yourself before wasting money at a business who will not stand behind their product.
