Not the worst but not even close to best I've had. I understand having a summer job but when the kids behind the counter and the food window want to keep on having a conversation when customers are waiting. Quality of ice cream was decent but guess they don't know how to make a classic icon banana split.

Service was terrible. One person was helping customers, while three people doing nothing. Our to go ice cream sat for a good five minutes before we asked for it. The person helping someone grabbed it while the other three moved but still did nothing.

We took our granddaughter here for lunch between softball games in friend. We ordered our food. Chose to have the ice cream after. My daughter's chicken sandwich was inedible. It was rubbery. There was a line when she took it back. The cashier set it by her machine and that's where it sat until we left. The very rude mgr said she could give her a,card for next time but she would have to pay for more food. Then I took my granddaughter to get a mini blizzard stood in line and pad is for it. Waited another 10 minutes. Then the girl says she can't make blizzards for a while. We have to get back to softball. So I asked for a refund. The mgr screamed from the back that she didn't know how to do a refund so tough!!! The other employee made a mini blizzard. We will never go there again!!!

I ordered the grilled chicken salad with extra chicken. The food was exactly as expected. In these Covid 19 times by law they had socially distanced the tables, however, none of the employees were wearing masks. They did have plexiglas up in front of the register. They no longer bring you your meal on a plastic tray. Everything is put into to go bags and when they call your number you go up to get it. So if any of this is important to you, don't go there.

Went through drive thru, wait wasn't to bad, food was correct, and hot! Friendly service, the prices are fairly reasonable, I like their chicken wraps, very good value for the money ,I didn't get ice cream on this trip.

Best fast food in Beatrice by a long shot! The food is high quality, service is fast, and not to mention that they have the really cool soda fountain! I believe you can always count on dairy queen for amazing food!

Good food, but had to get ice from the drive thru container and the guy handled the ice scoop and laid it back down on ice, handle and all, in between taking money from the drive thru

i was in drive thru at 8:16pm tonight and waited and waited for 5 minutes and then lights went off. google says drive thru was open til 9pm.
