Loves travel stops are the best choice on a trip if you want a clean and bright oasis along the way. Their standards are pretty high, in fact, they raise the bar for everyone with exactly what you need. Now given the choices out along the way, I select Loves. 4:20 am stop.

This place needs to really clean up their dusty a** store. This place is gross and the staff accused me of stealing “shampoo”. As a fellow trucker, this is pretty disrespectful of them to ask someone who came in to shower and do laundry. They followed me outside and searched my bags to make sure I didn’t steal anything. Do not come here with any types of bags cuz they will accuse you too.

Thanks Jen for assisting my son and me with a positive attitude. The staff as a whole are friendly. I recommend this place for whatever kind of sundries you may need, plus there is Arby's. The good life!

I am typically a platinum loves customer. I only use love's travel stops. This particular loves as rude staff who have no problem banging on your door in the middle of the night When there is nowhere for you to go and you're not parked in the way at all. I have been to this love twice and it has happened both times.

It's good truck stop they stay pretty busy. The inside is small and the check out counter is right by the door, so if there's a line you will be waiting down the candy isle or souvenir section. The staff was friendly and efficient, but I wish they had another register open. The toilets work pretty good and the showers were clean.

This was a pleasant stay at this travel stop. We got gas and find a quiet spot to have a nap on this parking spot with ample of room. We were able to rest without being bothered. The location was also convenient as it was right of the freeway. The facilities were clean and modern.

Shower was small but did alright for us. But what was unacceptable to hear employees talking bad about people from Texas that one employee "hates people from Texas" that she doesn't like them. When we were done we went to ask for the manager and turns out it was the manager who was saying the "hates people from Texas" then had the nerve to say she was from Texas. People from Texas doesn't say stuff like that.I and my fiancé both truck drivers from Texas were deeply offended by her statement and find her lack of customer service downright rude. Love's needs to do better. Employees need to watch what they say outside shower doors because we can hear them especially when they are yelling it.

Whether it's the nature of the patrons who gravitate here, or the refusal to clean, I don't know. But this was easily the filthiest parking lot I have ever seen at any truck stop or gas station, ever. Pizza crusts, spilled milk, oil everywhere, a syringe, children's und3rwear, wrappers and more wrappers. You will feel the need to power wash off your shoes before returning to your car.

We wanted to stop here for the night to sleep in our car, but felt uneasy enough that we drove 1.5hrs to the next one.. Smelled horribly of garbage outside because all of the trash cans were overflowing. Tons of tweakers in the store/parking lot. & check out this picture of the toilet in the women’s bathroom… (employees were very kind lol but the environment of the store was just horrible)

Bathroom was clean. Only missing the hooks to hang towels. Come early because the parking fills up quick and its not too many of em.

Staff talks more than they work. Trash is not collected outside, snow is just left unplowed, store floor is wet no mopping, laundry is completely closed not even one working. I try to avoid this location but not always possible. As I stand here typing this review I can hear the employees having unprofessional conversations with customers and each other while nothing is getting done besides working the register.

Idiots park on fuel lane and disappear or maybe take a dump...idiots like MG Express are inconsiderate to other drivers...The idiot driver parked on the fuel lane to get food, why not park in a parking spot instead. I'm going to have some stickers make with a nice comment anf stick them on their door or maybe windshield..

This is worst gas station I’ve ever seen. Dirty inside and outside, we filled up gas and what to wash windshield, it was no fluid by any pump. It was 7:30 am Saturday, a lot of peoples want to wash windshield but can’t or u have to buy it. I came over to cashier to ask them and they not offered me a fluid they offered me to buy that and said they are waiting a second shift or something else. Management please take a look on your shifts stuff.

The hose at pump back sprayed DEF on my jacket. While I was getting a tire repaired the shop had my jacket washed in the store for me. I have to say that was going above and beyond.

Brandon & Danny were awesome in the Truck Care. They took the time to explain and educate me on the different tire options so I could make the best decision. They got me in and taken care of & back on the road quickly.

The workers are dirty and not interested in work. There is no empty and dirty coffee, dirty bathrooms, and dirty behavior with customers, which indicates that he is in charge of the gas station negligent, disrespectful and rude Neglect, filth, chaos everywhere, rubbish everywhere, I don't recommend stopping here

The truck stop parking lot isn’t big enuf I don’t think, it’s a bit awkward to maneuver out of some parking spots at times, also I feel like they could offer a little more variety in the hot/warm food section. Otherwise they staff is nice and always greeting people as they walk in the store, it’s usually pretty clean inside the store. Haven’t really ever used the restrooms tho, so can’t speak on that.

Regarding semitrucks... Poorly signed / Poorly managed parking lot. Too small during severe winter weather. Semitruck drivers could and perhaps should plan to park elsewhere.

The Workshop service on this location is very very Bad, Very UNPROFESSIONAL.Yesterday 10/20/23 They Did (PM) service on my semi.And They leave my Oil filter Loose and major mistake they did. Leave opened of Engine Oil fill Tube CAP. Did’t put back on.and engine was stop on the way.Then i check the oil was all out. Then i got a road service nd fill the oil again. Now they have to take care of it.if anything get wrong with engine. Once they add over 4 gallons Before this one 🙄. This place is sucks they know nothing about semi’s 👎🏻 Better if not come here.

Typical Love's. Fuel pumps are full of parked trucks. A 10-minute stop could take an hour and will certainly make you wish you had stopped somewhere else.
