My Daisey is a very nervous and anxious dog. But they do everything that they can to make her feel just like she would at home. Now she likes to go there and feels comfortable. I will definitely use Hairy Situations in the future and recommend them to family and friends.

We have boarded our dogs here in the past and we like the facilities. The problem with this place is communication with the owner. I set up boarding services from June 30th to July 6th for both of my dogs. We received an invoice telling us we have to put a deposit down ( which we never had to do before) and pay the invoice on their site. Their site doesn't work half the time. We tried paying the invoice on their site and the site wasn't working. We tried contacting the owner multiple times to pay over the phone and no answer. We have left messages for a call back and never received one. We finally get a hold of the owner today 6/15/2022 to pay the invoice and to cancel one of the boarding pens and to keep the other one. We were told that since we didn't pay the invoice to hold the reservation, she gave our spots to someone else. This is horrible customer service. Who just gives away reservations and doesn't hold up to their end. Now we have 2 weeks to find somewhere to board one of our dogs, during a holiday weekend no less. Needless to say a returned phone call would have been nice and we would not be in this situation. We will not bring our animals back here again and I would not recommend them to anyone ever again.

I love having a self wash in town. Very friendly and willing to help. I like the fact they have a blow dryer, brushes, and deshed treatment included in the self wash as well as colognes and leave in conditioner. The platform in the tub was great too! Will definitely be back with my parents dogs.

She does a great job of grooming but even more important, my dog was so happy to see her. We got there and he was so excited! That says a lot about the way she treats him!
