Arrived at 15:46 for 17:00 appointment check in at the gate was nice and easy, Old Mum on duty was nice. I dropped my trailer in the middle lot and parked adjacent to the guard shack. After 1 hour and 30mins the lady comes back to me and apologized that load I was here for another driver came for it three 3 hours before I got here and that I had to contact my dispatch because apparently the load was double booked. It’s now 19:33 and I have to find a truck stop all time wasted!

I’ve only been here twice. I did a drop-and-hook pickup both times. Trailer must be clean before you arrive. When you leave you drive your truck and trailer over a scale but the folks in the gate house will only give you your gross weight, no axle weights, according to the sign in the window. My load was less than 30,000 pounds so it wasn’t a problem.

DHL is EXTREMELY slow at check in, took over 30 minutes at the gate, late at night when I was the only one here. they don't care that you might have other things to do.

I don't know what these people working on, I been in this place all day go back and forth to the love for scale my load going to California about three times to rework it, but the load still not legal. Lose all my 14hours to drive. So I just park because I don't have any hours to move the truck. So bad.

. Drivers bewareBeen waiting for 5 hrs to get loaded an still not loaded an was the only truck in the place for a live load they made sure to keep loading there yard trailers though an going on breakNo one to talk to.no restroom have portable by scale on way in. Will never pick up from this location again.Big waste of time drives beware !!!!!!!!!!

Got there 6 hours before my appointment, got loaded within one hour. People are nice and I can’t think of anything bad that makes me give them less than 5 stars.

Never spent more than 20 minutes at this location quick and easy slide tandems before entering have a clean trailer or else ur going to loves for a sweep out job

They said the receiver is on vacation for their reason for not delivering within the expected delivery date, which was totally wrong. The good part is I got my stuff.

A rainy mess, the day I was there... But, they got me unloaded in reasonable time... How do these surrounding neighborhoods deal with the smell of dog food everywhere - EVERYDAY... "Yech!"
