I want to thank Aurora clinic for refusing to prescribe my dog meds on a regular basis, for refusing to treat her allergies. The new vet is useless and careles, and she’s all about herself and money hungry. If you’re not spending enough money, she will refuse to prescribe your pups meds. We would pick up our dog meds once a month and for no reason and no warning, she refused to keep prescribing or didn’t even ask if we can bring her in, when our dog was desperate suffering with chronic allergies and when my husband called she didn’t even have the courtesy to go on the phone and explain to my husband why we’re being forced to go to a dermatologist when at the time we didn’t even have it and an allergist appointment was over 2 months away. She put a young girl as a messenger and never had the courtesy to explain to my husband or at least ask what was wrong with our dog.She’s a vet just for the money, not because she cares about animals, she doesn’t have a little bit of compassion for a suffering animal. I thank you mam because we found 3 different vets that are willing to treat our baby without forcing us to go to a dermatologist, that should be up to us not you. If someone is thinking about going to this clinic, think about it more if you love your furry friend, your baby, because they’re our kids they’re family. Too bad I can’t put zero stars 0 .

They helped me understand what was wrong with my cat, kept him overnight, and ran a test, and then I picked him up the next day with medicine. They answered all of my questions and the cost was very affordable!

We have been very happy with their level of service. We use them for both our horses and our dog. Easy to get ahold of for emergencies but very helpful for every day well being of our aging dog.

We had an emergency for a load of unhandled Mustangs. This clinic and the doctor went out of the way to save this unhandled horses life. They let us unload the other 8 horses in a safe and secure pen until the injured one was ready to go. You don't find many practices like this anymore I wish I had them close to home. A million thanks again. 💗

Love this clinic. I lost my 5 year old German Shepherd and they were so caring and took such good care of her before I had to let her go. I highly recommend and will be back when the time comes for us to get another baby.

Highly recommend. My German Shepard/Husky baby had a tumor on his leg that burst out of the skin and wouldn't stop growing, bleeding and hurting him. The first vet we went to wouldn't do anything and wanted to put him down where Aurora Vet clinic didn't give up on him! He ended up having to loose his leg in order to save him, however, he is so much happier and I can't believe we got a second chance woth him! I am so thankful and my dog is too!

I called at 3am desperately needing help for my first time mom dog laboring dead pups and ones struggling to breathe and latch. Said milk replacement and dying puppies are no reason to make a run down to her office and i asked if she was being serious and all i heard was click at the other end!!! How cold hearted and sinister this vet was. We now have 4 dead pups and 4 live pups thanks to us and no thanks to the disgusting person who tries to call herself a vet!!! Find a new vet people!

The people who work here are wonderfully kind hearted and professional. They have the best interest of you and your pet in mind when working with you and go above and beyond to help.edit**I recently had to put my cat down for a number of reasons and we've been in and out of the vet all year trying to help him. Everyone here was so incredibly patient with me regarding both him and the bills and have always had a positive attitude and kind disposition when helping us. I cannot believe how wonderful and helpful these people have been to me and I honestly could not recommend a better vet service.

We've taken our dogs there for about 5 years and have had nothing but good care from them. We recently had to put our 6-year-old Doberman down due to cancer. We were so impressed with the amount of time that the doc spent with us and our beloved Flo and the empathy that he showed us was undeniable. We will absolutely not go anywhere else and have recommended the facility to many friends.

New Vet is dismissive. Did not respect my concerns and did not offer ANY testing. Prescribed appropriate medicine in undesirable dosage form. Did not discuss alternatives. Second opinion sought and my suspicion was appropriately tested for and correctly diagnosed with treatment options and budget discussion. I would NOT bring a pet back to this veterinarian.

Good services. Always busy. I just wish I could see a small amount of compassion from the employees here as the furbabies I bring in are just as close to my heart as my human children. Otherwise, they do a very wonderful job at taking care of the needs and explaining the care of my furbabies.

Aurora Veterinarian clinic is very professional kind and compassionate. Putting our loved German Shepard down was the hardest thing we had to do and having the support and kindness from the Vet meant everything to us. I am grateful that we were met with open arms and compassion from this clinic. Knowing that someone has the same love for our Dog as we do made this difficult process easier to bear. Thank you for being there when our family needed you the most.

Love this place. My dog weighs a whopping 110 lbs and the handle him very well. Every one cares about YOUR pet. It's my go to. They take care of cows and horses etc. That's probably more profitable, but they like my dog too
