I was on my way home and stopped in quick for a bite to eat! The cashier greeted me right away and very friendly! I love their fries and they were the perfect snack while drove home! Hot, fresh and delicious!! Yum!!

Misspoke price (No correction), Missing part of our order, ordered and paid for medium curly fries and didn't get them. No bacon on Bacon Ranch cheesesteak.Didn't realize any of these things until on the Road.

It’s an arbys. Service was very concise and too the point. I had the French dip, it was definitely below average for a French dip, but for fast food it’s a 3/5.

I just want to thank the employees for always greeting with a smile, always being so friendly and polite! They have been a huge support to our local school even when we know they are short handed like everyone. They continue to give, and do it with smiles and grace! We go there to eat just to support the amazing staff. Please know that your positive attitudes don't go unnoticed! Thank you for being rays of sunshine in this world! Keep up the amazing work!

An entire lobby full of customers and cars in drive thru waiting to order and the 3 people working are freaking out that they cant fill all the orders.... waited 8 hours to get some lousy food and I have to walk out empty handed after waiting 15 minutes for nothing because the fuel island is full with all parking spots full.... what a terrible design and understaffed arbys... at least the Loves employees were friendly... 0 stars. Staff your restaurant!! You are losing business...

First fast food place I have been to in a long time where we were greeted by a smiling face and employees that were happy to be working. He also noticed my husband’s Fire Department shirt and gave us 50% off. Such a thoughtful gesture. It does make being a volunteer firefighter more worth it. ☺️

Quite possibly the warmest and freshest roast beef sandwich I've ever had at an Arby's. Mozzarella sticks were very fresh and delicious also. Friendly staff. I'll remember to stop by again when traveling on I-80.Parking: Attached to Love's so there's plenty of parking.

Terrible customer services!I went through the drive through and right away the person taking orders was giving attitude and rushing while I was ordering. Had to ask them to give me a second and then was called rude over mic while i was driving away. Part of our order included 2 large root beers. I was given straight carbonation.I tried to hand the drink back and the boy at the window shoved it back at me, spilling the soda on me and then continued to yelling about how they can't take it back because of covid and how I'm stupid. So I asked the girl at the window if I could just get two new drinks since one was spilled and both undrinkable. She slammed the window closed. Came back with one medium drink and slammed the window closed again. Which at that point I just through away In the CLOSEST TRASH.Honestly it was just drinks and it's not that hard to be nice and fix a mistake. I get the soda being out but the additude and yelling at a customer is uncalled for. Luckily my clothing and seat are easily cleaned. Also drinks can be tossed. Happened around 8:14pm tonight. I don't recommend at all and i will never go back, especially since this is how they great and treat customers.

The reason I rated the service a 2 was I probably go to this particular restaurant about once a month because it's close to where I live and almost every time I either get the wrong food or I get shorted food. I've learned over time that you better check your sack before you leave the drive thru. I've called and complained before and they send me a coupon for something free but thats not fixing the root of the problem. Please figure out what the problem is and fix it.

I can't think of ever having a bad experience at an Arby's. This store here is fantastic. Somewhat busy when I got there but my food was done quickly. Chock full of great people. Drivers need this kind of treatment everywhere we go. We're tired and beat up and these great folks made my time in this truck a bit easier. Much appreciated!
