Orscheln's always has exactly what we need to care for every one of our pets. They go out of their way to give you the best service possible. My only complaint would be that their manager needs to provide the same courtesy to customers as the rest of the staff does. Despite this complaint I will continue to shop, and do business with Orscheln's.

They bought out our orshlin's. Now they have next to nothing that I need. If they do accidentally have it they doubbled if not trippled prices. Couldn't even get a fuel filter or a belt for my mower. They got rid of 80% of plumbing supply, got rid of 90% of toy's also. Regional management don't want no suggestions & don't care about customers opinions. Excuses & argumentive. I HATE THIS STORE. HATE HATE HATE THIS STORE.

apparently you have to be dressed like a farmer to get proper help around here. this is the 4th time I’ve gone in looking for something & an associate has told me where it is & they were completely WRONG or they just couldn’t be bothered to do their job properly. at this point I’m starting to think y’all just discriminate since I don’t wear pearl snap shirts & I have tattoos. ridiculous, I’m never shopping at these stores EVER again.

Bought 13 chicks this spring from this store, seven are roosters. Less than 50% accuracy, that's a pathetic sexing job done by the hatchery. They also have a poor selection of poultry feeds. On the upside... The store is clean and staff helpful, but I won't be going back for the other reasons stated.

As always, my shopping experience at Orscheln Farm & Home in Auburn, NE was great. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and well stocked. They always have what I need.

Tried 3 different stores, Auburn and Nebraska City in Nebraska, and Sabetha, Ks. Not a one of them had the article advertised in their flyer. It is the cart, 1000lb with sides. On sell for $109. The cheaper one is all they had. Not the one I want. Put on order but was told that they have NO idea as to when it will arrive. Not getting orders in a timely matter. Cost me 2 hrs to find that NO one is the area has this cart.

I always go here to get the food for my animals and whatever else I would need that they have. Iv always had a greeting when I went I & as I remember I have not had a bad experience here! Highly suggest to go!!

This Auburn store is very clean,organized and has outstanding employees. I have been in numerous stores and this store is my favorite.Very well managed!

Good for general items for farm, garden, home. Staff is helpful. Selection somewhat limited, but I think that's mostly because Auburn is a small town and the chain head office saves the best for the biggest.

I came in and asked for a light for my turtle and i couldnt find it so i asked another worker and he gave a lot of attitude. I came in 20mins before close to get one thing. Then i went to check out and two cashiers gave more attitude when they were just standing there.
