Always bad. I always have to go back. Sucks living in a small town with limited options and you can’t even rely on ole faithful sonic! Ordered a chicken strip dinner and got this. Old chicken, bread that’s not even toasted, and an onion ring I could fit on my pinky. Hope this place gets new management and improves soon.

Stopped here for a quick bite driving from Omaha back to Topeka and let me say I was pleasantly surprised. My expectations for fast food are usually, but this sonic really impressed me. I pulled into a stall, ordered food and waited. The wait was very short. Food hot and fresh, and good service. Kudos to the owner for having such a hard working crew

I love Sonic, just not this one! I feel if you have told them your order twice and it comes out wrong, it needs fixed. The food was not even hot, it was,but that it had that been waiting warm, and no, they were not busy, it was 430 p.m. I only ever get a cherry vanilla Dr. Pepper, and it barely even tasted like a soda. And, yes, I could cook at home, but was running a errand, so if I am paying for it, as prices on everything had gone up, I want it correct.. end of rant.

Food is good, and I've never had an unpleasant worker. The girl carhops have always been really nice and usually give out a compliment that makes me smile. Sometimes wait time's are a little long, but that's the only downside I've experienced and with such nice workers and as busy as it looks, I'm at peace with that.

I usually love Sonic drinks. I ordered a Rte 44 cherry limeade and a half lemonade half unsweetened tea with both easy on the ice. I got a what tastes like water with a shot of cherry and a sweet tea with both cups being packed to the very brim with ice.... I realized the ice off the bat but just went with it but unfortunately I was 5 min down the road and no time to go back when I realized the taste/drink were wrong to.

Poor service. Parked and made the order for two. The screen showed our order and total, then the screen said that our order was in the kitchen. Over thirty minutes later, no meal. Buzzed them again and learned they had no order for us!They took our order AGAIN and brought it out within 10 minutes. No offer was made for compensation, no free drink, shake or anything. Not very customer considerate.

When one goes to Sonic they should at least get the Cherry Limeade that was requested in the order considering it was prompted my visit to Sonic in the first place. Instead I got some odd concoction that I think was supposed to be an ice cream drink but was made out of melted ice-cream... Let's not forget it was supposed to be a cherry limeade. The food was just a little too cold, too old, and too greasy for me to forego writing a review at all. Since this one will surely cause extra spit in my next order I had to really ask myself if it was worth bidding farewell to Sonic food forever. It was. The people must be warned!!!!

Slow to make orders. Very little is fast about this fast food location.Also, went through the drive through and my order was wrong. Only one kids meal is ready of 2 even though they verified 2 meals and then they gave me and charged me for a Route 44 size lemonade when I had only order the standard one that came with the meal. Had to wait another 10 minutes in a stall for them to get another kid's meal made and brought out. Then when they finally fixed my order they had the hall to charge me for it, asking me for my card a second time! Horrible customer service. Won't eat here again.So disappointing.

Usually, I find this location to be a great place to eat. There are several options; Carhop, drive-thru, or dine-in/to go. This time, food was on dry side and the shake had ingredients in bottom of cup and not mixed throughout. Going to chock it up to a bad night.

Ordered 2 cherry limeade with extra extra cherry and boba. Received what I think is 2 limeades with hardly any boba and no boba straw. Pushed the button to try and get it resolved but they just said it was a cherry limeade even though it was just green and didn't have any cherry flavor. Cherry limeade is my go to drink. Has never been green. Server just kept saying it was entered as a cherry limeade so that's what it should be. It wasn't.Just called and they said they'd fix it next time we were there. Raised from 1 star to 2. Oliver the manager was helpful and understanding.

My 5 year old son asked for a different toy since he already had the one he got. One of the staff helped him look at different options and completely treated him as an adult and explained about the toys they had and helped him find a toy did not already haveKid-friendliness: Super nice to me and my son

Worst drive through experience iv had on a long time.My wife ordered a #6 I ordered a buffalo popcorn and upon looking over my order I asked about fries and got a snippy remake you didn’t order fries instead of would you like to make that a combo or something along those lines. Incredibly inconsistent & thats part of the low review. Sometimes you go there & the quality, the service, the attitudes, its just all bad. & Sometimes you go there & it's all fantastic. I think it just really depends who's working. I know in particular there is a young woman with pink hair, i believe named mazy, who is always polite. She stands out cause she is one of the few that seems to never have any attitude. But that's what you get when most of your employees are angsty teens & young adults. It's just a bit unprofessional at times.

Disappointed with our trip to Sonic. We were the only people there, ordered ahead on the app, parked in a stall, checked in. Waited probably 5-10 minutes on 3 drinks. Two of our drinks were similar, Sprite Zero with strawberry and one also had cherry other had vanilla. The carhop was nice, but did not know which Sprite Zero had the cherry and which had the strawberry. We also ordered easy ice on the drinks and every drink was filled to the brim with a ton of ice. Needless to say we were not happy. Hopefully if we ever stop there again it is a better experience.
