There was so much salt on my cheese burger, that it's difficult to believe that it was not done on purpose. After calling to inform them of what happened, not only was it not offered for them to fix the problem, but I didn't receive an apology either. The girl just said "ok." I called back to speak to a manager and asked if they had a new hire working the grill and I was told no. After explaining what happened and how it was handled the 1st time I called, I was told that the girl who answered my call and the guy that made our food were new hires. I ended the call feeling like I was the problem.

Such a great small town find. Stopped at the Bee sculptor across the street and realized we hadn’t eaten in hours. Great food that really hit the spot and the staff was so patient with us since we had never been there. Honestly who doesn’t stop at the funny sculpted and ask what’s up!

The gals working here were so great! It was busy but they did great keeping up and were so nice. The chicken sandwich was very tasty and my friends enjoyed their burgers as well. Would go back if we are ever in the area again.

The staff was wonderful! The ice cream was also amazing. But it took almost 50 minutes for our takeout order. I totally understand when staff gets slammed, but there was one other table there when we arrived. Again great, friendly staff, but fair warning.Edit: Visited (11/23/2022) around 5:30 (and ordered five meals).

Great ice cream and burgers. Today I got a grilled cheese and fries with a root beer on the side. As you can see by the tiny piece of grilled cheese in the picture it was very good. The fries were cooked to perfection as well.

Very disrespect staff who said 'what? What they going to do? Fire me?' . My husband and I stopped on our way passing through and observed a customer come in behind us who was completely ignored and skipped when additional patrons arrived that the worker knew. That customer walked out in disgust. The employees were cussing. On the upside the ice cream was delicious.

I have stopped here a couple of times for and ice cream come. I have gone inside once and the drive thru twice. The service is terribly slow and not because they are busy when i am there. The two times i attempted to drive thru, no one answered, if it doesn't work add a sign, if it works then please do your job and respond. This will be my last time.

It seems like the food is hit or miss on its preparation quality.The burger I had was pretty flavorless which was disappointing. I had a side of fried mushrooms that tasted great... But they weren't enough to make up for the burger.The food order by the rest of my group was along the same lines, the sides were good, but the burgers were not good.

Wasn't that impressed. After reading reviews I expected more. My burger was ok but my wife ordered a Philly cheese steak that resembled one you buy and heat up from the corner store and the kids chicken strips were similar to what you'd buy at the end of the night in a hot bar but still paid about the same as a national chain like red Robin.

I would give my experience a zero-star rating if possible. First, they told me that my food wouldn't be ready until 5:30 pm and I order at 5:00 pm ok no big deal. Then when my food came out the corn dogs look like they were burnt and the fries were not fresh either they look like they have been sitting out for at least a half hour. Then there are the flies inside the restaurant which were bothering me the whole time. There just wasn't one fly there was a multiple of them. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I will not return to this restaurant again to eat any of their food unless they fix the restaurant's problems and improve the restaurant's cleanliness of the restaurant. Also, multiple tables were dirty and look like they haven't been clean for a couple of hours.

Dairy Sweet’s ice cream is some of the best I’ve personally ever had. It’s rich and has very good consistency, and if you’re going there for the ice cream. By all means stop and try it out. However, if you are planning on getting anything to eat besides ice cream, be prepared to wait a long time for your order. It is not unusual for me to wait 30minutes to get one order of chicken strips. And that’s when I was the first person in line, on a semi-busy day. The food is generally good but not great. So you really should go for the ice cream.

We were on our way back to Omaha and were planning to go to Steak and Shake but stopped here instead - the best decision! We got a hamburger, grilled chicken sandwich, cheese balls, and chocolate shake. Delicious! Great service.

First off kind people. We got there at a very crazy time! I mean CRAZY they were doing the very best that they could to keep up with people inside and the people at the drive thru. We had a big group it took time but thats because they are not a fast food place. We are so thankful for your patience with us and your winning attitudes even when some people weren't so kind.

Best hamburgs I've ever had. Don't expect fast service, cause that's not how fresh food is made. On busier times of the day, I would recommend calling in your order ahead of time. Always save room for the ice cream, because just like the hamburgers. They have no equal.

Rating based on repetitive visits.Not bad food. But all easily made from home. Ore Ida style fries. Not always clean environment, the people there try to be nice.Shouldn't take 30 minutes for fries and an icecream on a non busy day.
