I tried to get ice cream, but couldn't because machines were getting ready for tomorrow??? Look at all the reviews. This could be a great store, but history has shown DQ corporate should convince this owner to sell. Warren Buffet lives a few miles away. Hope he never tries to stop at this one

Wish I could do ZERO stars. Ordered a cake over the phone on a Thursday to be picked up first thing on Saturday. We were on our way and received a call that it wasn’t ready and would be ready in an hour. Ok, no big deal, we ran some errands and went back at 315. Cake was not ready, they had over 4 hours to make this cake. Ashely was very disrespectful about the situation. Needless to say we left without a cake. We will never go to that location again. Terrible.

Overall good experiences, Travis always makes me smile with his super enthusiastic attitude. Only issue I've had is one time when dining in with family, one of the employees (some kid I did not know) threw straws at me and didn't say anything, it was weird and rude.Otherwise I will say there have been occasions where I've felt bad for the employees. I've witnessed people cuss/yell and drive off because they ran out of something. Somewhat recently a woman cut me in line. She drove in front of me after I ordered at the box or whatever it's called and went to the window and ordered and then complained when the staff tried to explain others had ordered before her so her order wouldn't be out right away.

Okay so I used to work there and I know how they run, I went through drive thru tonight ordered 3 blizzards one mini and two smalls. By the time I got all of my order my blizzards were almost completely liquid. And in my experience that only happens when they are left on the counter for long periods of time before going out the window. I tried to call and was simply told " I made those myself and you added extra which in the end makes the ice cream soft and liquidy" mind you the blizzards I ordered were two drumstick extra drum stick no peanuts and a girl scout thin mint. Highly disappointed, I even whitnessed them putting a lid on one and let it sit there on the hot counter and waited for my others..

We sat in the drive thru for way longer than acceptable. During that time, 3 different workers rudely asked us if we had already paid. One even tried to hand us part of an order that wasn't ours. After we finally got our food, the majority of it was burnt so badly it was tough and charred. Will definitely stop by subway next time we pass through!

This service is really the worst! I only bought large fries and they took a really long time. When I got them it was the large package but only a quarter filled with fries. Please know I had paid for large fries so they made them again. I had to wait 35 minutes in total for the fries. I asked for my money back and they told me that the fries were going to be free. When they gave the fries to me it was still the same amount with just like 5 fries more. The person in charge told me that they were free but if I didn’t want them I had to leave them. Don’t waste your money here.

We’ve been here a couple times and ordered a cookie dough blizzard. They don’t have the recipe correct and leave out the fudge topping. It’s supposed to be vanilla ice cream, cookie dough, milk and fudge topping all blended together. They leave out the fudge so all you get is vanilla. Not nearly as tasty. Bummer. They are also VERY slow.

Not happy with my recent experience here even though I've had OK experiences in the past. When inside because it's over a 100゚ and I have a car that will overheat and I was trying to get some food for my son and I was told that they are only doing the drive-through today because the front register is down what I couldn't understand is 5' away from the front register the drive-through editor was working just fine. When I explained to them I could just pay on the drive-through register and that my car would overheat their solution was for me to physically walk Through the drive-through which of course I refuse to do.. I really feel like this was a failure on their part and a better solution could have been had.

Built into a gas station what was busy, but we used the drive through around back which had no one in line. Service was fast and friendly, and the food was nice and hot. The person working the window was wearing a mask which made me feel more comfortable.

I paid two dollars more for a double cheeseburger that was the same exact size as my sons. And got ice cream and no napkins customer service was bad. Had to ask for my straws. Next time I’ll drive the extra 10 miles to McDonald’s!

I am so sorry but this is the worst drive through i’ve ever been to and i’ve been coming to it for years, just hoping it’d get better. It’s always a 15-20 minute wait for anything and half the time, they’re out of everything. They get a ton of things messed up if you have an order that’s larger than 2 blizzards, no matter how many times you check that they got it right. Still kinda have hope that it’ll get better but I don’t think so, deep down in my heart.

Opens and closes at random times. Always closing early, and doesn't put up signs when they do. They rarely stay open until their hours state. Tonight, after making me wait 10 minutes at the order box, they told me they were closed and it was only 6.45pm. There was an entire line behind me as well. Would give zero stars if I could. Not worth the 1 star. Will not be returning.

Guess this location makes up it's hours on the fly. Website and any other online resource shows open til 9pm but they were putting chairs on tables at 7pm on a Saturday. As we approached the store we got a dirty look from employee shaking her head. As we pulled away I tried calling to verify that the drive through might still be open and the greeting from the young man that picked up the phone was "Thanks for calling Dairy Queen we're closed" and I never even had to speak... I just hung up.What is interesting is that I noticed while reading other reviews that the "Dairy Queen PR Team" responds to every review but they offer nothing proactively to make the terrible reviews better, just a "sorry to hear that, hope you come back again" response and not very sincere. Maybe they will give me a contact to reach out to on this review. We'll see I guess. I only have around 2 million+ views on my Google reviews channel.

We decided to go out for ice cream on a Sunday here. We get there around 1:30, and go in to order two cotton candy blizzards. First off, the guy who took our order, Jeremy, was talking to a friend half the time. He wasn’t even making anyone ice cream, as there were already several orders for it. This led to a 20 minute wait time for two medium blizzards. Second, the blizzard was barely mixed. The toppings and everything were in the first inch or two, then it was just vanilla ice cream for the rest of it.We were very unhappy with the quality of the visit. The worst part was that this happened the last few times as well.

Be careful here right now. They are not strict about their COVID safety measures. I had them remake an ice cream cone in the drive through because the person at the window was not wearing a mask or gloves and took my card for payment - used the card machine - and then turned around and touched the cone. The other person working had a mask on but it was pulled down to their chin. I love a locally owned business but we need a standard of cleanliness right now... better safe than sorry.

Went to order inside the store at 745pm because we had 4 orders. We were told they closed the inside and need to use drive-thur. As we walked back to our truck they let a gentleman order. Now we have sat in the drive-thur line for 20 min and 10 min at the order box!! Dont think I will be returning or suggesting this place to friends.

Ridiculously slow. Every time I go here on my lunch break I'm at least twenty minutes late because nobody here knows how to run a restaurant. Extremely unfriendly help, even the manager is completely incompotent when it comes to good customer service, and will gladly rudely argue with customers in a condescending manner. Also ordered a royal Oreo blizzard from the manager; comes with vanilla ice cream, Oreo bits, and fudge in the middle. Received a blizzard with chocolate ice cream and Oreo bits, no fudge. I’m not saying it’s a big deal but how do you work at a Dairy Queen and not know how to make a simple blizzard? I don't think I've been here once and gotten my order right, nor do I think I have ever had a positive experience here.

Ordered three 4 piece chicken strip meals. Only one of them had 4 pieces in it, other two had 3 pieces, one meal literally had 5 french fries in it. Also got two shakes, we received I meals then had to Waite about 15min more to get the shakes. The meals cost almost $32.00 was not worth it at all.

I don't understand how this place stays open. Lived here a few months and never seen a DQ with such low standards. Understaffed and closing early, half the advertisements on the menu aren't available. Cant make a chocolate shake to save their life. Food is for the desperately hungry category. Pretty sad when its the only drive through in town.

Very slow drive-thru, big order should be pulled to the side or Park up front until orders ready. Which allows other faster orders to go through the drive-thru. Drive-thru needs to be streamlined and or have a better flow of orders.

Live up the street, eat here fairly regularly. Unfortunately they hardly ever get my order right, travis is literally the only person to get my order right, had a girl read back my order to me then at the window proceed to not give me half the things she just read to me, shift lead is fine everyone else needs better training

Hubs and I love stopping here for ice cream when we travel between Lincoln and Omaha. Today’s ice cream was awful. It was a slushee-like consistency and like someone forgot to dump in the sugar. Watered down taste. $7 down the drain!

We drove out to Ashland from Omaha, figuring we might find a local ice cream shop downtown. Saturday afternoon, I thought for sure the downtown would be hopping. But, alas, no. This DQ, tucked in the back of the Phillips 66, is where we ended up going before dashing out of town for a more lively place. Staff here is adequate. Service was a tad slow, but not bad. I'm glad it was here.
