We stopped to get a pop and a breakfast pizza on our way to MN. I went to use the ladies restroom. No hand soap I went to ask about it and the cashier said we must be out and a gentleman said is the dispenser still broke. I said yes. I asked about how do their employees wash there hands with put soap she said they have their own bathroom in back. I asked for soap and she looked at me and said she had none. I asked if I could have some the employees used? She acted like it was a huge inconvenience. I said never mind I’ll see if the men’s restroom has any. It did I got some and washed my hands in the ladies restroom. I wished I had my phone to take a picture of how dirty the restroom was and sink was so dirty you would think it was used by ditch diggers that used it everyday and never cleaned it. It was so dirty I didn’t want to get any thing to eat but needed to take some rx. The staff was not friendly at all when I paid for my food. She never said thank you, or we will get a bottle of soap in there until the dispenser is fixed. No acknowledgement at all. I usually am the person who tries to find the positive in each situation, but , hopefully the positive thing will be that they address these issues.., at least wipe out the sink, have hand soap available and please say thank you to each customer. Really lovely staff. Nice and clean with big TV in the back, remote available for our use so that kept my 2yo entertained while we waited for our pizza. Pizza was pretty good. No drinking in there so we got takeout. No non-sweet red wine available for purchase there (which was what I wanted) but a brilliant whiskey selection. Other than that, it’s a well-stocked snacks and drinks convenience store rather than somewhere you can buy bread and milk (perhaps this is just my non-Nebraska understanding of ‘convenience store’ that I was even expecting this). Soft serve ice-cream seemed popular! They also sold some handy sticker books for the kids which mine have really enjoyed.

Decent place to grab a quick bite in a pinch. The burger and crinkle fries was very good (lucked out and got a fresh one), but the 12" cheese pizza was not very good. Under re-heated and very salty. $1.00 soda refills, so don't fill your cup with ice like I did... Friendly service. Clean environment.

My family and I are from Minnesota and stopped here on our way to Colorado and decided this would be a good place to eat. We wandered the building confused and sure could have used help. No one said a word to us. When we finally figured it out OURSELVES, we got our food and paid. I didn't hear my family say small sized pop so I grabbed a 24 oz. The lady came out and told the cashier something. The cashier then said the price needs to be adjusted because we all got the wrong sized cup. I was the only one to get the wrong sized cup. So my mom went to go pay for it and explained it to the cashier who rudely said "give me a minute" so my mom waited a minute then asked "is $1 enough to cover it?" Cashier said yes so my mom gave her the dollar and we all ate. As soon as another customer came in, the staff gave them a run down on how this restaurant works. So you can be nice to only CERTAIN people who walk through your door? Highly dissatisfied. Rude staff, and tried to get more money out of us by lying.

They have a good breakfast buffet for a quick bite in the morning. Great convenience store, nice helpful staff. We stayed the week of SORC so it was a daily stop for snacks and drinks.

We were visiting relatives in Arnold and they took us to the Exchange a few times. We just love their daily specials. The staff is super friendly and the food is wonderful, what more can one ask for?
