Always fast and friendly. When my dr calls in a prescription it’s ready same day every time. They even let me give them my daughters insurance info over the phone so I could send my mom in for the medicine!! I won’t go anywhere else. Even though they are a corporate owned pharmacy they are just as friendly as the home town owned pharmacies in town.

The pharmacist, Chuck Maddox, was fantastic with my daughter, Hailey. She has always had a fear of getting shots but Chuck tool the time to make her comfortable. It is the first time she hasn't cried when getting a shot. There are only two pharmacists and two pharmacy technicians that work in the pharmacy. Wait times can be long but all four people have excellent customer service skills and work well together.

Wow this place is a joke!! We've asked them repeatedly not to call us about our prescriptions. My husband and I work odd hours, we know our prescription is ready we'll be there when we can get there. Yet they still call, even after we pick up, they still call. I've had nothing but problems with then actually filling prescriptions for several months now. I very politely called and told them don't worry about filling anything I'm just going to switch pharmacies. And the guy hung up on me!!!! What the h*ll?!?!

The staff in the pharmacy are very friendly and helpful, the pharmacy almost always has my prescriptions in stock so I don't have to wait to get them filled.I strongly dislike how the pharmacy is set up however, the drop off and pick up counter should be in what is currently the waiting room - it's very uncomfortable to stand in a busy aisle while you wait in line to pick up a prescription, and I know the other customers who are there for groceries don't care for all the people standing in the way either, it's just a little too crowded.

They're nice but it can take up to a few days after your doctor calls in your prescription. The frustration over their disorganization is understood - they won't argue you about it.

This pharmacy has the friendliest staff. The efficiency is impeccable. Thank you Alliance pharmacy

When a person's dr calls in a script it usually means they need to start taking it asap. Don't go here if this is how your dr works!!!
