Me and my father finished a 3,000 mile road trip and stayed at four other hotels. This is THE BEST that we stayed at. Clean, friendly and very good breakfast! I would stay here again if I ever go to Alliance again.Rooms: Clean and newly renovated!Food & drinks: Large breakfast selection.Noteworthy details: Quiet, trains went by and I could hardly hear them. Even though It is in a train town.

The rooms are super nice and they are getting a renovation done. The owners are very nice, they talk to you and make sure you have everything you need. I would recommend Alliance Inn & Suites whenever your in Alliance.Nearby activities: You can watch the trains pass through alliance, and there is beautiful farmland all over.

Excellent manager!!!! She did a fantastic job of making it right when sister hotel was not acceptable. There was in room coffee, hot breakfast daily and friendly, accommodating staff. Housekeeping was every third or fourth day. There was one guest who brought 3 or 4 other men to eat most of the breakfast. He ate every morning like it was Thanksgiving dinner, then ask desk clerk to make more.The staff also accommodated him.

Staff at the frint desk were efficient and frindly , clean rooms and toom size are large, the room exceeded my expectation in term of cleamlineaa, comfort, appreciate the size of the rooms, fridge and microwave were included, breakfast was also included,Coffee station need to be improve,location of this property is vey convenient srrounded by diffterent resturants and doller store near by.

My sheets had been slept in by someone who had terrible body odor. They were wrinkled and smelled so disgusting! The hot water in the sink didn't work, but the maintenance person only worked nights so nothing could be done about it. The shower head had been taken off along with the shower drain and they were laying in the tub. I put them back together so I could at least take a shower! The excuse I heard every day was that they were short handed, which I understand, but it all seemed a little excessive to me. I stayed 3 nights, but won't be staying again.

Front desk staff was very nice and that is all that this place has going for it!It was ridiculously hot in the lobby and hallways. There was tape holding the drywall mud on the ceilings in our room and black spots all over the ceilings as well.One of the beds had several long black hairs and bugs in it. Unfortunately, we did not see it until the morning or we would have never stayed there. GM refunded a small portion of what we paid when it should have been a full refund for the filth. Would not recommend staying here.

Rooms and really the whole building could definitely use some updates but the room was clean and comfortable. I started in a king suite. It has a comfortable king size bed with plenty of pillows, chair, desk, and a mini fridge with microwave. Very rarely heard noise from other rooms. The free breakfast in the morning is decent. The manager, Joseph, is friendly and frequently on site, very responsive. Daniel at the front desk is also great, and Xiomara in housekeeping is friendly and efficient and thorough. Would stay again.

Outside of the building is incredibly sketchy and run-down, if cancellation was allowed we would have turned right around. Inside is much nicer and updated until you get to the room, very outdated carpet and fixtures. Very clean, no bedbugs, comfortable pillow-top mattress and nice pillows and blankets, great water pressure, however the TV was not working, the A/C wasn’t great (you can also hear birds, traffic, and noise clearly through the unit) the wifi was spotty, and the power kept randomly going out for a split second. Be wary booking online through the official site, as the price listed for the room online and through payment was $20 cheaper than what was charged to the card and advertised on location.

I read the other reviews and I was surprised when I got to the room. The room was set at 68 degrees, the beds were not too firm or too soft and the water temperature was easy to adjust. The staff was amazing and the room I was in was just like all the other hotels I have stayed in from Quality Inn to Comform Inn. It was a great room for the price and I would stay here again.

Bed is clean and comfy and the bedding is soft, fluffy and warm with 5 nice pillows, not just flat hard things. While the carpet may be very dated (wore my flip flops to solve that) the room was clean. Lots of friendly suggestions for eating from others staying here for months while working (thanks guy from Texas down the hall who held the door open for us when we checked in). The woman at the front desk was very kind and personable.

The hotel is being renovated. I was sceptical as we drove up. From the lobby to room 111, I had a great impression. Nicely done, clean, and updated. Staff has been helpful and pleasant. Even a hot breakfast and lots of choices. From 🥣 to boiled eggs, biscuits and gravy, etc .Pool is closed. No laundry but Paradeis is just up the road. Thank you for a good stay.

The rooms are old including the carpets. Although the room has suites type of arrangements as the name suggests. However, the place is pricey for its price.One important thing: I had to sign that anything happened to my car in the parking lot is not their responsibility. This is terrible.
