At least there is this grocery store in town, but the isles are narrow, they are often out of what you want, and then there's this constant crowd outside which ranges from just lurkers, to people who walk up and panhandle from you, then there are those who try to sell food for cash they might have bought on food stamps, and then there are the crazy people who talk to themselves. Today I purchased $15 worth of food that will last me a week, then had some guy at my door when I was putting the bags in saying he was hungry, and needed $20 for a pizza. I can't afford to eat take out pizza myself, and don't even a have an oven that works to cook frozen ones in! I gave him the 50 cents in my pocket and he called me a bad name. I obviously need to be going elsewhere if I could only afford the gas.

Decent grocery store. Not perfect but will do for our small town. At least I can say I'm going to the grocery and be back in 10 min. Unlike in major cities where a milk run will take half a day bec. of traffic, both outside and inside the store.

Lack of employee reliability i.e showing up for work or quitting is a drawback to prompt service. 6 checkout lines, rarely no more than 2 ever seem to be available. Veteran employees seem to spend time having to stock shelves. A lot of empty , non restocked products. Kind of frustrating when your favorite items are not available

Very nice and helpful staff, OK prices & good selection. Would have liked to have had alcohol free wines and beers available for purchase. Next time I hope.

Checkers are friendly but not enough of them. Lines are long and shelves are pretty much empty. Been waiting for zesty pickles to be restocked for a month now. Stockers should stock at night. They crowd the Isle's and sometimes you can't get down an Isle because they are blocking it with their carts etc.. To be honest, if it wasn't the only store in town I wouldn't go there. I Shop out of town as much as I can.

The picture on the internet is NOT the Wolf Point store; this is false advertising. Ours is not that nice and not surrounded by locals.Shelves are often empty and certainly few sale items are available. Groceries are often "in the back" and unavailable to customers. Aisles are small & cluttered with items yet to be put on shelf. Computer programs do not work most of the time. We're Montana's top money maker or so I hear, but this particular store needs TLC.

I can deal with the rude employees, overpriced merchandise, and produce that seemingly lasts on a couple days, but today's visit, during a global pandemic, I witnessed the manager wipe his nose with his hand and continue working. Didnt wash hands or utilize hand sanitizer. My 3 year old has better general hygiene. Absolutely appalling.

Not enough tellers. Some don't seem to like their jobs. But hey, if you're underpaid who would. That's all it is, just a job. Pay More get more from your employee. This is the Wolf Point store.

After spending a long time on the Albertsons app, picking a grocery list the cashier rang up the total amount without even asking me for my phone number, so that I can get my discounts from the coupons on the Albertson's app!!!😡 It should be mandatory for the cashiers to ask if you have a account on the app and if you have a phone number that you want to enter to save on the items that you are purchasing.. what is the use of the app if the cashier fails to acknowledge it? Afterwords called to make my complaint and the manager turned out to be the same cashier and was very rude about it!😤

First off, this is the only real grocery store in town. Granted there is a family dollar, and some kind of all in one gas station, anyway I digress. The Wolf Point Albertsons is a joke, nine outta ten times the shelves ain't stocked or they are missing from the shelves. I'd recommend going to the one in glasgow, a bit farther drive but the difference is glaring in comparison.

The guys are struggling to keep the shelves filled, and they're doing a great job, considering the panic buying and hoarding going on. People need to calm down. Every time I go to the store, it is packed out. That's the opposite of social distancing!

Long lines. Customer Service desk is always empty and it takes a minute till one of the workers cares enough to help. Three times, I stood at western union for over ten minutes, and once when someone finally showed up I was told they closed two minutes ago! Another time, I had to call Albertsons on the phone and tell them I've been waiting at the customer service desk and this call was made AFTER I asked a clerk for assistance.

Store director is the worst I've ever seen. Stood at the customer service stand for 35mins and 4 intercom calls later a worker finally showed up, the worst part there's never any food in stock, they know they're the only grocery store in a 50 mile radius so you would think they would prepare by buying more stock but instead they raise the price of their products. This albertsons would be a joke if it wasnt so sad and disappointing. It's so unfortunate.😭

A smaller store than what I've experienced in western Montana, without Pharmacy services which I've grown to rely upon. Seems like a missed opportunity which is much needed in Roosevelt County, MT.

Employees seem down and unhappy about the workplace, and store has limited items needs more variety. But clean store nice people.

Overpriced monopoly on the area with few of the larger size family products we usually end up leaving town to get groceries when we can.

Never been treated so rude or ignorant. Thought my grandson's Batman cake was bad, purple flowers was such a disappoinment! I'd rather pay higher dollar than be treated so bad!! Shame on you Albertsons!!

I was very unhappy Felicia my cashier never greeted me or asked for my phone number even though I told her when she first started with my order that I just signed and wasn't sure how the program worked! After she rang it up I again asked about my number and she said it was too late! I spent more than I could afford to spend since I didn't get any of the deals I picked out online defeating the whole purpose of going to Albertsons to save by joining the program!

Hit and miss. Be prepared for products to be out of stock. Stockers crowd aisles even during the busy times. Stick to checkers that are older.
