I’ve been shopping at Tailwaggers for years! 1st with my Jack Russell, Petey, who lived to be 17yrs old thanks to the amazing diet and support I got from all the staff. Now, I’m owned by 5yr old Jake, a Rat Terrier, Love Bug who jumps up and down if I even drive near Tailwaggers! The thing I love the most? The individual care each owner & pet gets from the staff. Tailwaggers is the ONLY shop I know where the staff helps pick out AND actually FIT Jake to perfection with just the right harness and leash. I’ve been to Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills & no pet shop there will spoil you both like this fine establishment. For treats, accessories, Dog food and more… look no further. Great experience visiting here. Knowledgeable friendly staff. Also accommodated my request to turn the music down (I have sensory sensitivities) while I shopped. Great selection of high quality food and gear. I got several fun treats, a gift for a friend, and a new toy for my dog. Highly recommend!

Very impressed immediately when we walk through the door, My son and I took Luna, to get a bath. I was met by Jordan at the front desk. Jordan and the other employee's were very helpful. Luna may not have enjoyed the bath, but it was super easy with the layout. It made the experience for Luna less traumatic, lol. What a great place to take your furry loved one!

Tailwaggers is an amazing pet store with quality products and wonderful service. My puppy Finley had her first bath in their self-service dog wash. When you arrive the friendly staff greets you and assists you with all your needs. They even helped me fit Finley in her new Ruffwear harness! We can’t wait to go back.

I came here sometime in may of this year and while the store is honestly beautiful and they have super cute cookies, the staff definitely leaves something to be desired. The 2 boys behind the counter said hello when we walked in but then focused their soul attention on a group of younger females and their phones. We walked around and they didn’t offer any help or advice on products. They could not even be bothered to even say goodbye. I’ll stick to Dee-O-Gee. Beautiful store and great location though!

The super friendly and helpful staff helped me find a cbd supplement for my Boston Terrier to help her with her anxiety. It has worked great! They also carry the Fluff & Tuff brand dog toys, which are one of the few my dog doesn't destroy.

I'm visiting from out of town and really appreciate the time spent w/me asking questions, selecting the best products, and talking to me about the best way to help my pup! It's always a little nerve wracking when you don't have access to people you know and trust w/your dog! I felt so much more comfortable after my visit to Tailwaggers. Super impressed with the customer service so far! Have yet to step foot in the store, we are from Canada and are planning a trip down in about a month, I called to inquire about raw food, the gentleman I spoke with was super helpful answering my questions and even offered to ask their distributors to get a particular raw food we were looking for. I very much look forward to visiting the store when we are in the area! Keep up the great work!

Super friendly staff and dog owners themselves. Prices were average, considering it's in downtown whitefish. (Didn't look at the dog food prices) Fairly large collar, leash, and dog toy collection with nice graphics and patterns. Definitely recommend them!

I feel so lucky to have a family run pet food shop in my town. Chase and his staff, are always so pleasant, helpful, and do a great job keeping quality brands on the shelves. I always look forward to stocking up for my two older kittehs, chatting with staff who know me now and seeing a friendly dog or two heading to the dog wash or getting a free biscuit. If you love your animals, you’ll get a great feeling about going to Tailwaggers!

We live in Whitefish and visit Tailwaggers more than once a week. I especially appreciate the employees who know and love my dog, and the DIY treat mix wall that allows us to just spend a couple of dollars on a treat to go. It is nice having some place close to sample new foods and supplements. The CBD supplements have come in very handy on holidays that involve fireworks.

We stopped by to use the DIY dog wash. The tub was great size for my german shepherd, and the staff were both friendly and knowledgeable. The facility was clean, and everything was very user-friendly. Will definitely be coming back for our next wash!

Such an amazing pet store!!! Every time I visit Whitefish I come to Tailwaggers!! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff!! The owner Chase actually stopped what he was doing to help me and knew so much about my breed of dog!! I was very impressed!! Must visit!!

We had a few minutes to kill so we went in to the store to get our puppies some chew toys that might last more than 5 minutes🤣. The awesome employees pointed us straight to the ‘red tag’ dog toys (in the form of a Rainbow Trout and Squirrel). We spent more than we had planned BUT (fast-forward 8-10 weeks) these toys remain WHOLE, unfazed, and with ‘squeezer’ still in-place! Best money I have EVER spent in decades of owning and raising dogs. Thanks for the great advice and selling quality products that last. I highly recommend Tailwaggers.🐾

Terrible customer service. I mentioned I shop at dee o gee and was immediately treated differently. And not in a good way, clearly. The owner started bad mouthing dee o gee immediately, which is not only unprofessional, but just overall wrong. As smaller businesses I’d think they’d be supporting each other in the animal industry, but clearly they don’t have good morals at tail waggers. Wouldn’t recommend shopping here.

Pretty sure this is the best pet store I’ve ever been to. After a few years of training dogs and having a service animal, I’m super picky about quality foods, services, and toys for my furry friends.Tailwaggers has it all and GREAT staff.Sometimes when my pup and I stop by, she actually tries to lead me to the dog bath. So, most importantly, my dog loves Tailwaggers too.

I cannot say enough good things about Tailwaggers! They carry the high quality dog foods and treats that I want to feed my dogs - and have a great selection of dog toys (oh! and really great dog beds that you don’t see most other places too!). I love the rewards programs they offer. The owner and employees are so knowledgeable - especially recently when I was switching dog foods - they were so helpful. And during this recent pandemic, it has been very easy to order food and pick it up curbside. Thank you! Love the store, love the people, love the products they carry!

This place is so cute! Had to stop in to get to some Musher's and nail clippers for my dog but I wish I had more time to really peruse the store. Sometimes with specialty pet shops the prices will be really hiked up, but not hear. I got Mushers for $1 more than the price on Amazon and I'm happy to support local for $1 more.

Been taking my puppy Oso here since he was 8 weeks old, and these guys are the absolute best. Got a solid selection of everything you need for your pup, the staff is super nice and knowledgeable, and they’ve got hands down the best dog wash I’ve ever used.Every time my guy gets muddy at the dog park or the lake we head straight over here. Water pressure is great, temp is perfect, and their air dryer is powerful enough even for his really dense fur. AND they have fresh towels, brushes, deodorizer… everything you need right there for you.

First time here. Smaller boutique style pet shop that seem to specialize in dogs.Brought in our 2 dogs to use the self service dog washing stations. Was clean and efficient. Staff was super helpful especially when the other station turned on their dryer and scared one of my dogs so bad he wanted to jump out.Solid selection of quality toys, treats, and food.

We took Ruca here for the first time to get a bath and it was a great experience! The staff were super friendly and very helpful. The washing area is in the back of the store which is nice so you pup isn't nervous with people coming in and out. Everything was very clean and very easy to use. Price was great and they have an amazing selection of food, treats and toys!

The workers are so nice, it's a very clean store, I used the self dog wash for the first time and it was super simple! I like their selection of toys, I got a shark toy and my dog LOVES it 😀 I Would definitely recommend 😊😊 I've been there twice and both times it was a great experience!

Our rescued dog we adopted broke her collar clasp (that the SPCA assured us was safe) and ran away in a campground. We eventually got her back. Googled pet stores, found Tailwaggers, and read the reviews. They were all correct. The staff was very helpful in helping us select a new collar and harness, even helping us fit them properly! Such an amazing place, good selection, knowledgeable staff. 5 stars for sure!

Best pet store in Whitefish, Montana and likely in all of the fifty states. Excellent healthy dog food and dog treat options, great toys, fancy cat food for even the pickiest of cats, wonderful service and free same day delivery! A consistently positive and responsive experience. Our 3 dogs and 1 cat love Tailwaggers! Cannot recommend them enough.
