Went into the store today (02/17/2024 at 4pm). The lady at the counter was really rude; she told my husband not to allow my toddler to press on the toys as he was going to drain the batteries. Her tone was harsh and I think she could have used a different approach. Our toddler is a toddler. Other customers were just standing and starring as she scolded us. By the way, I’m a teacher and 6 months pregnant. We were supervising my toddler the entire time. We immediately walked out and didn’t purchase anything.

“This is the BEST toy store in the world!!!” That’s what my 13 y/o grandson, who was visiting from LA, said when I brought him here. So many fun and often unusual games, toys, plushies, DIY kits, etc etc packed into a sweet little shop with a knowledgeable and super friendly and helpful staff, often including the owners themselves. Their store in Kalispell is exactly the same. Every town should have one!

We shop here frequently and always find fun things/games/toys that make great presents for our kiddos, friends and even ourselves. The staff is terrific with small-town friendliness. I'm always impressed how much they know about specific toys and games. Most importantly, this shop is a respected small-business in our community. You can feel GREAT supporting it and the family that's been running it for years.

I wanted to send our grandson a gift card and was not able to see a shipping address. I called the Kalispell office and was offered a name and phone number for assistance from a helpful gal. I called the Whitefish shop and Denise was more than happy to help. I wanted a real, in the mail, gift card. She went above and beyond to help me out. She made my day with her kindness and joyful spirit. I hope that’s not too corny. Customer service gets the full 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This store has a wide selection of toys for children. It also has a section for board games. A large number of toys are able to actually be touched by customers like toy dog figurines. One thing I really appreciated about this store was the two play tables, one boy-themed and one girl-themed, in the middle of the store. These tables allowed your children to play while you shopped.

I recently purchased a couple puzzles for my nephews birthday. I found what I wanted online before calling and they were able to fine exactly what I wanted. They wrapped them so nicely! I stopped in the same day in my break to pick them up and all I had to do was pay. They are all set up with hand sanitizer at the door. When I have more time, I'll stop in with my mask to shop around.I would absolutely recommend them!

My kids and I absolutely love this store! Everyone who works here is so warm and kind. The toy selection is wonderful--lots of active, creative toys to get imaginations and little brains working. I couldn't love this place more! Give them your business!

I miss this great place. Working there with Denise and Mary was pure joy. Customer Service was most important and fun demonstrating toys, costumes, board games just name it. Now, in Chicago, there is no other place like keep going !

This is one of my favorite places to look for one of a kind gifts for birthdays. We also find great education games and toys, and the top games for the adult "nerds" in our family that play adult board games. The staff is always very helpful in case you may want a little help to pick out something special.

My daughter loves to save up her money and spend her allowance here. They always have fun and interesting toys, a lot of which you can't find in the big box stores. The toys aren't overpriced and the owners are wonderful people

The imagination station is by far the best toy store in the Flathead. Leave the cheap plastic things to the big box stores, The Imagination Station has quality toys and brands that last. PlayMobil, Calico Critters, classic wooden toys, and wonderful dress up items, my kids and I love this store and the products they carry!

This store is a unique, one of a kind, toy store! You will find the prices are a little higher than online or a big box store, but the personal service and care makes it worth it. We love to shop here whenever we can. They are huge supporters of the community as well, which makes me seek them out for my toy needs.

The toy selection was great. However, my experience with the elderly staff lady wasn’t. I assume she owned the store. I said Good morning when at the register and she said “Hi.” then I asked for a bag while she was ringing up my items, and she was extremely rude, laughed and proceeded to say she has bags but I have to pay before she bags them. Like what? I wasn’t implying to bag the items and hand them to me before I paid? Lol. Anyways, I won’t be giving her my money again.

John Smith and Andrew Richardson are part of a hate group that are targeting local Whitefish businesses and leaving bogus bad reviews. Ignore! This is a cute little shop! We love it!! It is expensive but it has many unique toys and is truly a magical place!

Fun store with a lot of unique toys...daughter bought some capsules that you place in water and grows toys...she loved looking around and so did I
