Yellowstone Aerial Adventure was a great place to take everyone for our family reunion. They have a junior course for kids and a larger course for adults. The adult course has 3 levels of difficulty to choose from. I believe you do have to do a couple of the second tier ropes courses to get to the zipline, but you can avoid the hardest tier if you don't want to go on them. They had shade for those waiting to get geared up, and places to sit for those not participating or waiting on family members. They have snacks available for purchase as well as a gift shop for souvenirs. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and they did a great job training us on how to use the gear. We loved that once you learned the way to use the gear, everything was self-directed. We had 4 hours to do as much of the course as we wanted and it didn't ever feel overcrowded to me. As of July 2023 the prices were $59 for adults, $55 for youth (still using the large course) and $29 for the junior course.

Ok so this place looks small from the outside but once you are in it, its pretty big! I'd recommend the 2 hour pass for adults. The kids may want to stay longer but we were able to accomplish the climb to the zip lines and get to the bottom in just under a couple hours time (including training). I'd scheduled our visit on the last day of our trip. Our hotel was across the street and I'd see it when we drove past and thought, am I going to get my money's worth? Well I think we did.

WOW!!!!!! This place was alot of fun and the kids really liked it. I think I had more fun than the girls did. I felt really safe the whole time and the staff was very helpful.

My 9 year old son and I did the ropes course/zip line and had a blast. The obstacles are just challenging enough to be fun but not too overwhelming for adventurous kids his age. It’s a really fun course for adults too. He got a little stuck on one and a staff member was there to help him out pretty quickly. If your kid is under 12, or on the shorter side, an adult should go with them to help with the safety gear. Once you get through the obstacles, there are 4 zip lines which are high above the ground and a good length. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We powered through pretty quickly and got the course done twice in two hours.

Just got back from Yellowstone Aerial. All my family loved it. Very very safe. I had two 7 year old boys who mastered the different obstacles. I was amazed at the engineering to make such a fun challenging course safe for even very young children. They have something to offer all ages and adventure levels. My two youngest wanted to do it again the next day. I would highly recommend taking a couple hours break from the traffic jams in the park to have ALOT of fun.John

This is a cool place for those with kids who want to take a break from Yellowstone. The staff are nice and friendly, and the obstacle courses are exciting for the kids. They also have 3-4 zip lines to end the run. For younger kids who don't want to do the zip line, they can stay on the course the whole time. The only complaint I had about the place was the mosquitoes. They provide mosquito repellent and sun screen, but it was still quite impressive how many bugs flew around.

If I could give zero stars to this organization I would. I’d recommend making sure you check and recheck hours before trying to go. After calling several times over several days and never getting anyone to pick up the phone and only receiving a “mailbox is full” message we relied on the hours info on the website. Not on Google, but on what their actual website says. We drove 90 minutes to West Yellowstone only to be told you can’t come in and we are closing right now even though the website said they’d be open for 3 more hours. The employees were young, immature, a little rude, unconcerned, and didn’t seem to know which was was up. The manager said “oh — I guess we should change the website. But we changed it on Google.” I was super unimpressed, and I wouldn’t trust my safety to people who can’t manage their business any better than that.

Our 19 Girl Scouts had a blast here. They wore themselves out on the challenge tower and the attached ziplines. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

We tried this with a large group of 23 with all ages of kids from 8 to 15 and several adults. We all LOVED it! The staff was very friendly and great to work with. We had tried to book ahead of time and there was some miscommunication, but the staff did a great job making it work out. They work hard and are very busy trying their best to keep things running smoothly. They said that we were their biggest group they'd ever had, but they managed it admirably. The system felt very safe and had a great mix of activities and levels of ability. We loved that there were zip lines along with the ropes activities. So much fun. We definitely would do it again.

Great experience here. Fun and challenging rope course, particularly for those not too fond of heights like me, but not outrageous! Have to get to the top (4 stories up) to get to zip line area. Then it's 4 consecutive zip lines, gradually getting you lower until the last platform where you have a soft drop line. My son was brave and crushed it. I was impressed...he was likely less scared than myself. We did two circuits which took us 2 hours.Last note, we bought our tickets as part of a deal if you do rafting with the Geyser Whitewater Expeditions. This way, you save almost 50% off of the ticket price.

If I could rate less then 1 star, I would.1st try, show up at 9am when they open, did not have a reservation but thought we would try to walk in. Nope. Fully booked, with no one else in sight. Drove by 45 minutes later, still no one there.Bought tickets for the next day at 4pm. Show up at 3:45 and get told there are 9 people in front of us and it would be 1-4 hours until we can get on.We had planned our day around being able to take my son here and still couldn't. That is the most frustrating part.What is the point of the reservation? Seems like a horrible business plan that just draws on tourist income.The young ladies working the counter were always very nice, staff seems friendly.

We had to wait for lightening storms to pass and the staff was incredible with us. They were so caring and encouraging to my 5 and 7 year old. Seriously such a great experience! They made our whole trip with their kindness ♥️ We will be back for sure. The course was a blast.

My family and I had a blast here. The course has different levels of difficulty. My 8 and 11 year old enjoyed the courses, especially the zip line. Super helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend a visit here when visiting Yellowstone.

The reason I’m even giving it 2 stars is that we didn’t have reservations but we walked in and they gave our party of 5 a same day time slot later that afternoon. The positives of it is reservation time so it limits long lines. My biggest complaint if the lack of supervision or guidance from the staff. We had 2 kids age 16 and a 13 year old , 11 year old and 7 year old that had never been to zip line park before. There was a staff member that helped them get on the equipment and showed the kids what to do and how to use the equipment but that’s where any of the help completely stopped. First off there wasn’t a staff member that looked over the age of 20 so when my daughter got stuck literally on the zip line my son had to fly over there and run into her on the zip line to push her across. Not one single staff person was up there to help. My daughter was crying and never wants to zip line again. There were 3 staff members sitting behind the desk just visiting and on their phones. Only one staff member offered to go up and help only after I screamed at the staff about what happened. I am completely horrified that a company would allow young kids to work there without properly training them. The staffer admitted to my son that I just caught them at a bad time and they normally don’t operate like that. Well try to explain that to my 11 year old that’s now horrified of zip lines. Train your staff please and have someone up on the zip lines to help kids that have never gone before.
