Super bad customer serviceGreat merchandise but I don’t want to support them because they’re so blatantly rudeI asked a simple question on where to find something in their shop and they treated me like they were insulted and I was so stupid. Very patronizing and rude with any question I asked. I tried to make small talk with either of the older people at the register and they just stared at me.

We love going before the park opens. the only downside is 95% of businesses are not open.The cradleboard had a lot of nice items my three kids and wife loved. Funny t-shirts, knives, collectibles, and just about anything you could think of that a gift shop sells.The staff were great to talk to.Will definitely shop here again.

I’ve been coming in here to buy handmade turquoise rings every year for the last 7 years. The best around, with a huge selection and extremely knowledgeable + helpful staff. You won’t find similar quality/price ratio anywhere else. Sherry (I hope I spelled that correctly) is lovely to chat with, and a true expert in the trade. It’s apparent that she cares deeply for the craftsmen and women she works with to supply the pieces.

Lots of cool rocks and souvenirs to choose from. My family took home a little turtle, a couple of postcards, and some magnets. The ambience of the store is really nice. Would come again :)

Gorgeous handmade jewelry! Very cute souvenirs, if that’s what you’re looking for! Owner was very patient with me and others in the store while we looked at vintage jewelry. Very competitive prices as well! I found a keeper 😍

Stopped and bought several t-shirts and one as a gift for my wife. After returning home to Tennessee I discovered that I had chose the wrong size for her shirt. I called and talked with Jennifer and she was most helpful. Cannot recommend this store highly enough. Certainly wish they had web sales.

very bad customer service, the older lady who served us in the morning was super rude to my wife, they have a lot of good things and we decided to buy there after visiting different stores, but the customer service of the old couple It was disastrous there.

Has great variety of wares to choose from, and has pretty competitive prices over all. My problem came after my Wife and I chose to do most of our gift shopping here and I got myself one nice, but expensive gift for myself. My wife informed me that the lady who had checked us out was making mocking gestures in relation to how much we had spent as we left. If I had noticed myself, or if I was informed before we got to the car I would have returned all of my stuff and spent my money elsewhere.The gentleman who helped me pick out a knife was courteous and top notch, but as someone of modest means, I find it very insulting to mock customers who may be making the one big purchase for an entire trip.

Before going into the park, we visited The Cradleboard and did some pricing of t-shirts, hoodies, and other items. Purchased a few items to get us going. Spent three days in park occasionally looking at some of the "in-park" available souvenirs. The wife and I both kept saying we have to go back to The Cradleboard before returning home. You can't go wrong with their prices and available items!

Very nice store got a couple of items my 1st time in. I went online to see where I could find matroyska dolls it showed the cradleboard. So I went back and asked if they had some. The older woman behind the counter said they were sold old that there's a war going on in Russia and perceived to tell the customer in front of her how stupid I was. Not all matroyska dolls are made in russia. I won't be going back. Their website shows tons of matroyskas. Update ur website and to the elder lady if ur that miserable then just stay home.

Great quality gifts and keepsakes to help remember your trip. The employees we talked to were long time locals and very knowledgeable.If you want a good quality shirts (and lots of funny ones too) check this store out.We purchased some nice, locally carved wooden bear and bison, woolly hat, knife, and more.

Great gift shop with tons of great shirts at a great price. The only downside was the staff were rude and short with customers. If it wasn't for that I would have given 5 stars. Still make sure you stop here before you leave Yellowstone they are a neat place to grab souvenirs.

This was a nice little shop to look through. We bought a few items from this store. My favorite souvenir came from here, Huckleberry lip balm with SPF! It was reasonably priced as well.

This place is awesome! First off, Sherry is a sweetheart and will make you feel at home from the moment you walk in. Lots of great gifts for the whole family. If I could give 20 stars I would! We definitely recommend this is a must to stop and check out. Thanks for making us feel at home while we shopped and sharing some good stories with us as well.

The owners, an elderly lady and gentlemen were very rude to myself and another customer who had asked a question about an item. The gentlemen treated me and others as if we were in his way as we shopped and the lady refused to give the other customer a straight answer and told him that their store was very competitive with other stores in town. I was so taken aback by the way the lady spoke to myself and the other customer, I decided to not purchase anything from them. I will take my business to those other stores in town. Read the other reviews about how they have treated previous customers especially with children before you decide to shop here. There are plenty of other great shops in town that treat customers with respect and kindness.

Good selection of gifts and souvenirs, The T-shirts were good quality and not too thin. YOU CANT USE THIER BATHROOM even after making a purchase. There's a Gentl3eman who checked me out and he wasn't very nice. But I don't like to cause a scene so I let it be. After spending over $100 I asked if there was a bathroom I could use and he directed me to a gas station about a block away!

Unbelievably rude for a family owned business. I saw an item in the window passing by, but I did not have room in my suitcase for it on my flight home. I called the store after I arrived home to see if I could order it by phone and have the item shipped to me. The man who answered wasn’t sure if they still had the item, and would not even walk over to the window to see if it was still available. He had no interest in making a sale. He just told me to find it on Amazon, then rudely hung up the phone on me. I have seen other reviews of extreme rudeness here. Never reward rudeness.

This is the best place to get souvenirs and gifts. It's right in the middle of town, with plenty of parking all around. But what makes the store is the staff. The owner is a sweet lady that just loves chatting. It felt good supporting such a nice person.

The older gentleman behind the counter is very rude and inconsiderate. Me and my family had just eaten across the street. We wanted to shop around. In the store we had pick out a few things but before we could buy them. We where ask to leave because I was carrying a Togo box from the restaurant. The owner said no food allowed in his store. So we put everything back and left. Do not recommend shopping here!

Awesome store! Tons of merchandise, a little bit of everything. If they don't have it, you probably don't need it. Evening employees are very helpful and friendly, personable and knowledgeable. Don't leave Yellowstone without stopping in here.

My 13 year old niece bought a small inexpensive rock as a souvigneer for one of her brothers. 20 minutes later she rethought how much her brother would like it and wanted to return it. The store clerks and manager where snide and made her feel dumb on top of refusing to refund her $4 item. Even with the receipt they would only allow her to exchange her purchase. There was nothing else at that price point she wanted and ended up having to spend more money for something else that she really didn't want either.There is a vague sign posted regarding their return policy but what young child looks out for that type of thing and what store is so hard up for your money that they are not willing to return a $4 item to a young girl who has very little money to spend.To me this is a dishonest practice and tells me that perhaps this policy is in place because most of there items you can purchase cheaper elsewhere and they don't want you returning your items when you find them cheaper. Regardless I will not be returning to this store to purchase a much bigger and expensive item as I was planning. I will buy it elsewhere.I hope the $4 you refused to return was worth it.

The owner of this shop (forgot her name) was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! She explained each piece of turquoise I looked at and helped me choose a White Buffalo piece and a beautiful piece from Kingman AZ. Highly recommend!

While some of the staff behind the counter were friendly and helpful, the older gentleman (said he was the owner) was extremely rude towards me and my family. I will not EVER shop here again. Many nicer, friendlier stores in town.

Do not waste your money at this place. We were there tonight and heard the owners mocking out the Asian customers who just left. How bad is that? They probably happily took their money all summer but yet they have the gall to mock them. I have never ever heard a store owner do this before. Please do not patronize.

Terrible experience here. The owner was extremely rude to a cute family shopping for some jewelry. Don’t put toys at kids’ height if you don’t want kids to touch them. And don’t expect to run a shop in if you can’t be kind to other people. What a horrible place.

I love this store. Since I work there also, I must say the owners are the best. Loving caring people. There selection of gifts is excellent.
