This is an excellent store!!! The staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. We went there in search of small 2-way radios and they had exactly what we wanted at the best price in town! We subsequently went back looking for an inexpensive camp chair and they again had exactly what we were looking for, again at the best price in town! This store is an absolute treasure!!!

They have a little bit of everything. I was able to buy bug spray and anti itch cream. They had several different options to choose from. I was also able to get a patch for my sleeping pad. The price for everything was very fair, and the layout of the store was organized and clean. The cashier lady was very nice and knew where everything was in the store. I would recommend checking this place out for your general outdoor needs.

Stopped in front of the store the beginning of last week and what I'm guessing was just an employee (definitely a Karen) comes out and was rude to my sister. We had three kids getting out of car seats (two different vehicles, so it took a few minutes to get everyone out). We had intentions of shopping inside until she rudely walks out and asked if we would be "parking here all day".... So we got back in the car and left..... Who does that?!?! Don't waste your time here!

Literally a mom & pop store. Not a tourist store, but a general item store. I bought a battery powered fly sweater. Saves me a stop! I love it.

Nice, clean and organized. The items were easily scanned and shopping expedited because of the stores setup. They have a nice selection of items. It was one of the few places that offered bathing suits. They have camping and hiking supplies, school supplies, tourist apparel, and other items. Fun place to shop. The manager was working the register. She was polite and personable. A relaxing and easy experience.

They have everything in this store! I needed a heater for camping (which they had) and found reading glasses, a lantern and a fan too! Made my camping trip so much better. It did not stop there - I took a few minutes to wander and found everything from bedding to basic clothing to pet supplies to toiletries -to hardware - all for very affordable prices. The staff was both friendly and very helpful 🤗. This is a gem of a general store!

Awesome place. Every time I go in (and that’s at least 1-2 times a week) I find what I’m looking for.Only once have I not found what I needed, (and I’ve been going to that store for 4 years now) but that was to be expected, because it’s not the typical item you’d find in our quant town.😊You can find just about anything you need there for a good reasonable price.😄👍

Waitress was less than accommodating. Had to ask for everything, like butter and syrup when you order pancakes. Food was barely warm. I was told she was waiting on my pancakes, when they came.out, they too were cold.

They have some of those random items you need and can't get down to Idaho or Bozeman. It's convenient having the trading post

I've taken a look at the selection here, and it just so happens that the location is ideal for price gouging. I'm not a fan, particularly since I was recommended to go to this location since it was close to sledding, but they were charging $7+ for a sled that broke mid-sled. It actually resulted in an injury with regards to one of my friends (concussion) that I wasn't at all happy about. Support other local businesses that are near the location, please!

Great place to pick up many essentials! Variety of stuff like mugs, food storage, swim suits, souvenirs, post cards, floor mats, toiletries, socks, a little of everything! Staff is super nice. I'll be here all summer working at a local ranch, and this is gonna be my store!

Great place to get "souvenirs" for kids. My kids always want something that's a toy, but way marked up because it's West Yellowstone. This store has toys at a normal price so it was nice.

I've been coming here infrequently since September of 2020 when I moved here from YNP. The service is always fantastic. They have anything I need, and they even have a incense section where you can get a 100 sticks for $20.

They had what I needed! Who would think that they needed to take swimming trunks to West Yellowstone, Montana in the middle of winter. But Roundup Trading Post had them and many other things you would not think of.
