Great location to the west gate and a grocery store.Stayed in a cabin with two rooms, upon arrival having such a sweet front desk person who came out to my car to personally deliver stuffed animals to my kiddos for our daughter’s birthday. We had clean and happy experience, the only part I would improve upon in the hotel is the breakfast. If you need some non carb or healthy options be sure to bring your own options. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, the pool deck could use a good cleaning as there was a few pools of water standing on the deck that looked not so clean.I would highly recommend coming here!!

This hotel was perfect for us. We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was great! Very spacious. Kitchen had all the basics we needed to make a few simple meals. While some features are a little dated, the place was very clean which made up for that. The beds were comfortable, even the pullout sofa. Lots of people have commented on the breakfast selection... I would say it is a good CONTINENTAL breakfast (which is how they advertise it).... but it's not like it's a buffet of eggs/biscuits & gravy etc... So, if you want a breakfast with a little more sustenance, take your own and get a suite. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience. The pool & hot tub are also nice and clean, good temps.

Very impressed with this hotel! Service was good, free breakfast included (cereal, granola bars, some fruit, drinks, etc), they had plenty of parking and an underground heated parking garage as well, they also had some fun things included like a fire pit to sit at with s’mores kits, and ice cream during certain hours in the lobby. They also allowed us to rent bear spray, hiking sticks, and binoculars from a little shack just outside the hotel (keep in mind this shack closed on 10/1 for the season though). The only con I can think of is that the shower pressure wasn’t great - but not a huge deal. I would definitely stay here again.

Great staff and breakfast! Hard to find food on Christmas eve and Christmas, but Gray Wolf Inn offered some breakfast food even at night. Underground parking is also very nice, especially in winter!Nearby activities: The Grizzly and Gray Wolf Discovery Center is right across the street and it's a great place to see multiple animals! Stores and restaurants are all very close.

Good: great staff, good breakfast, clean rooms, underground parking is super convenient. Also being right across from the grizzly and wolf center meant getting to hear the wolfs howling when the sun went down which was super surreal and awesome. Fire pit out front to do s'mores with the family.Bad: bathrooms are a little dated and need a remodel, but again they're super clean.

This place is surprisingly nice! We had a one bedroom suite with a full kitchen, so we ended up making our own breakfasts, but the hotel offered breakfast to all guests and snacks as well. Right next to the west entrance to Yellowstone, and across the street from the Grizzly & Wolf Discovery Center (which I recommend visiting). We really enjoyed our stay, thank you!

My wife and I stayed for two night and three days. I think the service was good. The place was clean and good atmosphere. The breakfast however sucked. We was going to go hike Yellowstone during the day. So I really wanted some breakfast. All the had was cereal or waffles. I'm sorry but breakfast to me is eggs, maybe grits, sausage ya know stuff that will give you some substance. So I was highly disappointed and had to go and get breakfast somewhere else. But other than that we had a blast.

Location is quiet and can't be beat(close to West Yellowstone entrance) and there is a water filler station by the front desk. They have free S'mores kits and a fire pit available at night plus they have breakfast bars/fruit and 24/7 coffee available all day. They also have an ice cream social 4-6 p.m.; however, they do charge you $15/day service fee which they do NOT mention when you check in.The best thing is the two reusable water bottles in room. The bathroom has a separate sink outside of sink/toilet/shower area. The continental breakfast consists of cereal, breads, one hot dish, coffee

We stayed here for a week while exploring West Yellowstone, Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks. The rooms are very spacious and clean, the bathrooms are updated enough and clean. The pool and hot tub are very nice, and the free refreshments 24/7 are a nice touch. The ice cream social is cool, just wish they left it out 24/7, and the fire pit is gas burning, not covered from rain, but very nice. Also, free smores kits! Heck yeah! I'd recommend it for your stay, its also across the street from the Grizzly & Wolf Reserve so, you get to wake up to howling wolves - amazingRooms: Spacious, nice rooms. The beds and pillows are very comfy. The TVs are TCLs, so you may experience issues, but you're in Montana, turn it off and go outsideNearby activities: The town of West Yellowstone has a lot to offer. You can walk anywhere within 15 minutes, its in a great location, and not right in the middle of the craziness.Safety: Being just outside the downtown, it's quiet and safe.Walkability: Great walk ability to the grizzly and wolf reserve, as well any food or shopping you could ask for right in downtown West YellowstoneFood & drinks: The 24/7 refreshments (cold breakfast) is very nice, free 24/7 coffee, hot chocolate and tea as well. The ice cream social is fun, and the free s'mores kits are a nice touch. Also, there's a water bottle filling station on the first floor!

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the facilities and our room was. It was very clean and smelled clean. It is very conveniently located, close to the park entrance and across the street from the Wolf and Bear center. They have a free continental breakfast which is also nice not to have to worry about feeding a family in the morning. The rooms were also very quiet at night. They have little family related events, at night they had s'mores where you could roast marshmallows in the fire pit. They have a place to rent bikes and other amenities (binoculars for the park.) I would highly recommend this hotel.

It was a great place to stay and close to our destination. The only low point was having another family enter our room and begin questioning us as we were getting dressed for dinner. The hotel had not retained our room reservation information in their system and double booked the room...embarrassing.Rooms: Clean, quiet, and well-taken care of. Loved the various wolf touches throughout the establishment and tie in to Yellowstone.Nearby activities: Yellowstone...need I say more?

Coming back from the day was a nice treat of ice cream and smores. Highly recommend!!Rooms: Very cleanNearby activities: So close to downtown Yellowstone. Across the street from the Grizzly and Wolf Center. Can hear the wolves howl from the hotel!Great walk in the morning or eveningSafety: Felt very safe. Someone was at front desk all the time.Walkability: Down the street and walking distance to downtown Yellowstone. Can walk to shops and restaurants.

Very family oriented. Some of the perks include free daily ice cream, free smoore kits, lawn games, free continental breakfast, and free binocular rentals. The rooms are a bit on the small side. The location was really close to the west entrance to Yellowstone. The staff was friendly. I would definitely stay again. Really a good value.

Great memories!Food & drinks: Continental breakfast was fresh and well stocked and the snacks and drinks were available 24/7. Kids loved it!

Clean motel with very comfortable beds. Close to many restaurants. About 1.5 mile from the West Entrance. Great staff at the front desk. Work out room that was great to continue exercising. Free ice cream every night ! S’mores at the front at night. First time there and would come back in a heart beat.Rooms: Beds are VERY comfortable. Great nights rest six nights in a row. Don’t forget about the Yellowstone History Museum two blocks over. ( Former Union Pacific Station) A few great movies and many historical pictures and information.Food & drinks: Close to many restaurants in the area. Breakfast Bar in the lobby on was okay. (No Omelets 😞). Coffee served all day.Noteworthy details: Very Close to the West Entrance of Yellowstone.

We stayed here for one night. The beds and pillows were quite comfortable and the room was clean. The free Wi-Fi worked very well. The TV was large but we didn't even turn it on so I can't comment about that amenity. The surrounding area seemed very quiet but tourist season had not started yet and most of the town was closed. The wolves at the Grizzly and Wolf Discovery Center across the street were howling about a half hour after sunset. We left to go eat dinner and when we got back the wolves were quiet and never made any noise again.

This place feels nice enough to warrant the price! We had an amazing view from our double windows, it was pretty quiet, they have lots of great amenities, it’s a great location and the staff are awesome. Also they know how to stock the bathroom because they actually had shampoo AND condition AND body soap dispensers on the shower wall. The towels and bed as well as the rest of the room was nice and clean, so we highly recommend this place!

We stayed here for our visit to Yellowstone National Park!Literally a 3-minute drive to the West gate! So the location was excellent. The room we had was pretty standard but the beds were comfortable and everything was clean.Sorry to disappoint those of you who are CONSTANTLY finding hair in your hotel beds and rooms!!Staff was outstanding!!!The only thing that I might even be tempted to complain about would be the parking for the hotel is kind of goofy. Not very well thought out when building the property. But other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!!We recommend highly for your stay!

Room was clean but overall underwhelming and outdated. Cleaning staff was loud and slamming doors in the morning, so that was frustrating. Otherwise staff was nice enough. They offer underground parking but not large enough if you have a cargo box, so unfortunately we had to park outside. The area is safe and the parking lot is safe though. Breakfast was good. Very close to the National park entrance, so very convenient if you’re planning a visit there!

This hotel is great. I was here in the winter snowmobiling and skiing. The hotel is in a great location close to everything. The people who work here are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is continental but better than that because there is some warm food. Free s'mores every night at the fire. Hot tub and pool indoors and for the winter - there's a garage under the building! Highly recommend!
