My dog was in here for a rattlesnake bite and Dr. Kate and the rest of the staff we interacted with were wonderful! We were in from out of state and this was a VERY UNPLANNED visit. We have talked about moving to the area, and if we did, we know we would have excellent veterinary care!

I swear... I can't say enough good things about everyone at Mountainview Veterinary Services!!! We recently had two litters of pups delivered via c-section. They truly care about their clients and their respective humans! One of the techs would even swing by our house in the morning on her way to work to draw blood for the progesterone test so that we wouldn't have to make the 60+ mile (round trip) drive every day!

I think if there was ever a time to be critical, even if you didn't mean to, it would be when you put your dog down....but I have no critiques. Dr. Ellie and every single staff member treated Sitka like they knew what he meant to me and with so much love each visit but especially the last. They never made me feel as if I had to tell them how special he was in order for him to receive the best care or their time - they just gave that to him from the first visit. The culture of veterinary expertise, care for animals and their humans, and integrity is unparalleled. Dr. Ellie is intensely dedicated to her work and the entire staff are so invested in a positive, timely, heartfelt culture. They saw him through a difficult time and communicated deep love, respect and compassion for my choices concerning his care.

WORST VET EVER. They don't even try to save your critter. They'd rather put them down than treat the issue. I'd recommend going somewhere, anywhere else but here. Took two critters in came home with none. Lost them both.

Dr. Ellie was phenomenal and so customer-centered, for both us and our pet, after an attack by another much larger dog. She was kind, caring, and compassionate as she x-rayed, cleaned, prepped, and stitched our little guy back together. Now, just over 2 weeks later, he is getting back to normal, thanks to her quality care. We are so thankful that she takes emergency, after-hours call!! We couldn't ask for a better vet!! ❤️

I live in Ennis and this morning I tried to get an appointment for my black lab puppy who got bit by another dog. I was told that since he was a new patient that I'd have to call my local vet or go to Bozeman, since they only cater to Twin Bridges and Sheridan! Now that's what I call customer service! 😞

They are absolutely amazing! They are pretty busy but I now know why. I took my pup to them to get him neutered and to have a pretty bad ear infection checked out, they were awesome start to finish. Recovery was very quick for both procedures and medication was provided at a very affordable cost! 10/10 would take your fur babies to them! They don't always accept new clients but if you get the chance I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Our family adopted a Siberian Husky from the Dillon Animal Shelter last week. He needed some meds as he'd bounced around shelters in Idaho Falls. Mountainview has been caring for my other pets since I moved here a few years ago. I can't say enough about how Dr. Kate and her wonderful staff have been in trying to get this guy settled. They are fabulous and so helpful. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

We are summer visitors to Ennis, MT yearly for some time. Dr. Ellie Reed and her veterinarian husband have helped my dogs with overall healthcare needs, and emergency needs during the middle of the night. They are always available to you, and that is rare these days. They and their staff, are compassionate and knowledgeable, which is what we need in a veterinarian. I give them 5 stars, and am truly grateful for all they have done and continue to do for my dogs. God bless each of them!

I just have had a very unsettling experience with Mountain View Veterinary Clinic in Twin Bridges.After attempting to develop a relationship with them and my now 14 month old pup, based on a few recommendations...I took her in for a spay and eye procedure (leaky tear duct).When she was a pup, upon getting her shots I pointed out her leaky tear duct. After meds, they advocated for waiting until she got spayed to undergo a procedure which required anesthesia.Fast forward to a few weeks ago. I called and scheduled a spay and the eye procedure.I called the day before to discuss when I would drop off my dog, again referring to both procedures. At this time, they also never informed me about pre-op procedures (i.e. not feeding her the day of, etc.)My partner, an anesthesiologist in Bozeman, dropped my dog off at the the vet the morning of the surgery since I had to work. She indicated what procedures were to be done, signed a consent form and left.I picked up my dog that afternoon, and the assistant vet looked like a deer in the headlights when I asked about the eye procedure. It didn’t happen.No record. No written report anywhere. 

I asked why not, and I was only given attitude by the front desk. They said no one communicated anything about an eye procedure. No apology, nothing. Be on your way and I would get a call back from the vet. 

All I received was a text later with a copy of the waiver my partner signed this morning stating that Raya was to receive a spay.They dropped the ball. My poor girlfriend was under the impression that this clinic was professional and was doing what I scheduled them to do. She communicated the procedures and signed the paper that was put in front of her and left.Now my poor girl needs to go back to another vet to be put back under anesthesia to get this eye procedure done.
