Watts saw shop is absolutely the best saw shop I've ever encountered in my 18 years of dealing with saw shops! I had a brand new 592 XP that Montana power products said it needed a new carburetor and other stuff and it sat in Montana power products here in Libby, Montana for 2 months straight and today I had enough. I went to Montana power products. Grab my saw and it was in pieces. Brought it to Watts. Saw shop and Levi had it fixed and one hour. Montana power products charged me $311 for labor. That was never done! However, they did reimbursed me all but 100 bucks. I would never recommend going to anyone else in this area. Besides Watts Saw shop. He is honest and he will do the work right in front of your eyes. Other shops will not allow that. Wonder why? I know exactly why so they can make more money off you. Good job Levi!

Cane into watts shop after taking my 455 rancher saw to 2 different mechanics in the Libby area. Levi fixed my saw gave me an education showed me how to fix the saw and what 2 look for. I highly recommend this Levi and watts saw shop

This man is by far the best i have dealt with in the north west i have dealt with a place in kalispell for years and years i have bought 5 different saws from this place and i needed a new one as mine blew up. I called that shop and the people there didnt even care i was a long time customer and they didnt want to try so i will never send someone there or deal with that shop ever again. I was in need of a new saw bad as i was way behind in firewood i found levi at watts saw shop evn thou hes along way from where we live he went out of his say for me and looked for any deal he could i will always be a costumer and will make the long drive to the shop as he will treat you right as long as you treat him right dont demand a ything from him or anyone. Good local business. Customer service is great. Under promises and over delivers. Levi is mechanically astute and knowledgeable about everything from chainsaws, log splitters, generators and mowers, to.. well I don't want to direct business to him that may not be what he's targeting. BUT I'm confident that if he has the time, he can fix anything, and he'll do it reasonably and at fair price.
