The best breakfast sausage in Montana. I'm not sure how they make it... but its darn good. My family won't even eat sausage from anyplace else. Thank you Bob's for providing quality foods. I want to add that most of their meat and produce are from local sources. This is what I expect when I'm buying food for my family. I don't mind paying a few extra dollars knowing my food was grown or raised down the road. We appreciate you!!!!

Can't always get what you want , but the cashiers are the best. Always so nice and helpful. The two young ladies , Rikki and Brittany in the deli are amazing! Great customer service and really hard workers. Bob and Mike got lucky when they picked up those two !

Ridiculously nice people. Maybe I've been in the city too long (that's a given, actually. Any time in the city is too much...) but these people were friendly and helpful. The selection wasn't bad, unless you are a beer snob. The only "import" I found was Corona! They sell a whole lot of Budweiser.If I lived close by, this is where I would spend my money.

My family came out to the Townsend fall fest. We come here every year and enjoy it very much. Part of what makes it fun is we stop at Bob's supermarket for all the fresh, yummy taquitos and chicken. We stopped about 9:45. am which we've done in the past. Today, the clerk in the deli was rude and short with us. She said they weren’t even open until 10am when I asked when the fresh fried chicken would be done. She said about 10:30. She gave us Bean burritos when we asked for beef and bean buritos. When my mom went back in to tell her, she chucked them in the trash. Her attitude was terrible and her customer service skills need a complete change. I wouldn't have her representing my business. It's funny how one rude employee can ruin what has always been a good experience.

I am very disappointed with the way I was treated at the deli.. almost every time I order a burrito they give me the wrong kind the first few times this happened I never said anything because I just figured it was an innocent mistake but after the fifth time of them doing this and having to drive all the back down twice I was kinda done.. I’m sorry but I want what I pay for, they were extremely rude when they had to replace them, deli really needs to step it up and fix their attitudes.

Prices are way to high. They get away with it do to the fact that they are the only grocery store in town. But there are times when they do have great sales. Friendly poeple.

Was surprised by the variety in this little store but all of the every day things like soda and chips are pretty pricey. They did have a really good off Brand in just about every product that was priced nicely though

Great hometown store. Bob's meat counter is a must do when here. They have some great steaks for a fair price.

Parking lot needs to be redone, pot holes everywhere. Shopping carts need fixed, almost all child safety straps are broken and flip down seats are cracked.

Friendly staff. Only grocery store in townsend. I don't shop there, I'm a vendor of products. Really like the people though.

Good selection if you need to grab something small. However, if you were to go full blown food shopping, you will be broke. Very expensive, but you pay for the convenience.

I really want to like this store, I recently moved to the area. The last 2 times I have purchased meat at the store it has been past its prime bordering on rotten. It is expensive for the area.
