I do not recommend the whips. Mine had rotten leather and have been "repaired" twice. The falls have different lengths and colors now, the set no longer matches, and they are garbage. Completely useless to me for the purpose for which they were purchased.

The proprietor was extremely helpful and recommended her used leather section for my dog leash needs. She also recommended two very good restaurants for my lunch, I went for the one with pie.

Absolutely love the the saddles but customer service over the phone to complete simple repairs such as ordering a concho was difficult and the gal was not only not helpful and ineffective but extremely rude.
