Stone House Coffee Shots is a new place located inside this pilot/Exon truck stop, it's very clean and fresh. The staff is attentive and friendly. I'm a picky eater and not normally into sweet's but I must say this. This coffee shop has it going on !! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this wonderful establishment to anyone passing through,come on in and lettem know Brian recommended ya.

This was the most hospitable truck stop I've ever been to. The showers needed to be cleaned, so there was a wait for day shift personnel. The manager went up and cleaned it personally, so I wouldn't have to wait. A shining example of how to treat customers. I will always stop here to support a truck stop that cares about the drivers!!Great job!!

We stopped for showers but were told they don’t have enough staff to clean the showers, only professional truckers could use them. He seemed apologetic even though he probably has to repeat that all day long :( So we used the bathroom… women’s had no soap and a couple stalls out of order, men’s also no soap and disgusting urinals (said my husband). The final sad straw of this place was how the ice cubes came out one per five seconds for our fountain drinks :(

Not much food. Subway is gone. Truck stop food or nothing and there’s not much to choose from either. I chose the wrong place to stay when hungry lol. Clean shower and people nice.

El ✨ ☕️ She is amazing. El is such a wonderful barista! She is very friendly & so welcoming! Becky working here was so kind to speak with., as well. The vanilla chai latte El makes is amazingly hot, hints of cinnamon are perfect with the other spices & warm cozy vanilla. This is truly the best is America so far my husband & I have had. STEP ASIDE Starbucks, Dunkin, El makes the best at Stone House. ☕️ 🏔️

Twice in a month this place was a garbage pit inside! Last month stayed overnight and fueled up around 0200. The inside was absolutely trashed. Garbage everywhere, no food, very few available drinks in cooler and bathrooms both men's and my wife's had overflowing trash cans, backed up toilets, and litter all over the floor. Don't even try microwaving your food, if you find any, the food area is beyond unsanitary. We were told by the girl behind the counter she was alone and they had a lot of tourists previously. We thought at midnight? Fast forward to tonight at 0250 we were at the fuel isle and of course the inside was just as trashed and disgusting as before. Sorry, but this is quite obviously the standard for this truck stop is to heck with drivers who run late hours. We won't be parking there a third time.

The place has gone down hill. The bathrooms are beyond disgusting, they seem like they haven't been cleaned in weeks, no soap in any dispenser, now paper towels in any dispenser, no hot food the last fuce or six times I have been there, cold drinks are all almost empty. Fuel pump receipts usually don't work. The staff is always great and kind, but the bathrooms are absolutely horrid and the many other issues are making it impossible to even want to stop here anymore.

Good stop, big lot, nice store but trying to park after dark can be a pain.Ppl nose into double sided rows, no paint to guide and half the lot parks with headlights on or the new chicken parking lights on.There is not any lighting in the parking lot.Room for lots of trucks if you can find a spot you can get into.

Super clean, nice selection, and friendly staff. I've stopped here a few times to sleep and it was enjoyable every time. Nice big parking lot too.

This day in age its sad to see this issue still going on , simple solution is if you have a dislike for people different from yourself don't get a job in customer service, I often have to stop here and eveytime its the same issue today 4 ppl working registers as I'm waiting with a coffee and for a receipt but when the cashiers finish with customer they all wall away from their post as if I'm not standing there to simply tlk among themselves or sip beverages even when management is present who takes no corrective actions passive aggressive racicism is still just as ugly 7th+ visit always the same on am shift

stopped to get fuel and drinks. Pilot is giving drivers 3 free drinks every week of September and the app is offering free fountain drink for this location but they refused saying they're not part of Pilot but willing to take points and shower credits. I won't buy fuel here again. they don't even keep food on the bar and most of the time it doesn't look good tonight even the hotdogs was empty

This is a very nice store. There are two separate bathrooms as well as showers. It does have ample parking as well as easy access off of the interstate.

Freezer / cold containers were completely empty. The place under the hot junk food was empty. The cold cooler over island one was empty other just had very little stuff to eat that was decent. The casino will take your money without giving anything back. Just not a good place to do a 34 reset

Truckers, as of 10/27/2022, there are no showers available at this location. No water. They are remodeling it looks like, but lack of water may have stopped that process. Friendly folks inside & restroom was clean so was store. There may be other things like coffee & soda that require water that may not be a available. FYI

After a long week I got here and the showers were down for at least another month I was told. No hot food. No soap in the tiny nasty restroom. Very disgusting! Horrible place and the clerks are pathetic. If you can….find another stop.

Clean, well stocked, friendly, great service and if you happen in on the Stone House Coffee Co. they have the best coffee on the interstate all made to order and some of the biggest cinnamon rolls you have ever seen.

Store seems clean and well stocked. My issue is with the attitude of the employee that I had to deal with. For the record, long before I drove trucks, I spent many years in retail and customer service. I don't believe these people are paid what their worth, or treated with the respect that they deserve. With that said, I always go out of my way to be courteous and respectful to the people who take care of us truck drivers, however, after grinding out two 700 mi days back to back, my tolerance for people who don't want to deal with people, when that is in fact the whole purpose of their job, is limited. When I walk up to the counter, receive no acknowledgment from the employee, and extend the olive branch of asking them how their day is going, basic human courtesy would demand that they respond. Being ignored, and being and having to deal with a surly tone, isn't something I'm okay with. If you hate your job that much tall blonde girl, if you really don't like making people feel welcome, then I suggest you go work in a warehouse somewhere. If you'd been slammed, had a massive line of customers, or seemed to be shorthanded, I never would have left this review. Considering I was the only customer in the store, and there were a minimum of six employees standing around gossiping with one another, I can't understand you not having the patience to extend basic courtesy to the customer, but given the reality of the situation I walked into, you're bad attitude is absolutely inexcusable.

The mens restroom here is absolutely filthy. It honestly doesn't look like its been cleaned a long time. The wall around the paper towels and sink are grimey the floors and urinals don't look like they've ever been cleaned as do the toilets.

Used to be a nice place to stop. Subway is permanently closed. They don't make any kind of real food anymore, just gross salads that nobody wants. They are constantly out of ice. The list goes on and on. I am sure they have all kinds of excuses for this place falling apart. But, in the end... I'll adjust my schedule to avoid this place.

No def at pumps. No window washing water at truck pumps. Diesels spilled at pump to walk in.every garbage can over flowing.I didn't go inside because I was afraid what I might find.this place has become a joke.
