The rooms are amazing! The beds are so comfortable and everything is so clean! This is just such a great motel where every room is like a cabin and you’re in the woods and it’s just wonderful.Rooms: One wide open room with two queen beds, and a great TV sitting area. There was a microwave, a Keurig, and a small fridge.Safety: It’s tucked back into the trees, a tiny bit, and it’s on the other side of the rougher part of town, and there is always someone available at the office.Walkability: There is really not many places to walk to, unless you’re walking to nature.Noteworthy details: Gift shop!

We stayed in the Clark Cabin, one of the smaller options, and it was a blast! The cabin was clean, quiet, and adorable. I definitely plan on coming back. It was a huge bonus being pet friendly. We wanted a peaceful weekend getaway, and that's exactly what we got! Staff were friendly, and check-in had lots of great restaurant recommendations. Would recommend to anyone in the area or considering visiting Thompson Falls.(I love ducks, so the duck pond with ducklings made me fall absolutely in love).

This was a great place to stay on our way from Bonners Ferry to Missoula, Montana. The beds were oh so comfortable, the room and bathroom was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. I loved the walk down to the river where you can sit and enjoy the view. The location is peaceful and quiet. Be sure to eat at Minnie’s cafe where food is delicious and reasonably priced. For larger folk be aware the showers in the motel are rather small. We would definitely return.

Blown away with our stay! The prices drew us here along with the white sandy beaches lining the grounds along the river. We were able to receive an early check-in on the weekend! Once in our room we were very pleased. Homey, comfortable, and had that cabin feel we desired. It has more of an AirBnB feel than a Motel (compliment) on a retreat kind of grounds, which are very well-maintained. Grounds feature multiple fire rings, bbqs (propane & charcoal), pond, play gound and trails. Easy access to the beach, a great gift store, tall trees, helpful and kind staff and to note very clean rooms. We will be back again and again. Took some shots with the drone and a few pics on the beach where we went up river and tubed down. Fish swimming everywhere, multiple deer sightings. This home base gave us a great one night get away. Can't wait to return with the family and get one of the houses!

The place is very clean and well kept outside. The rooms are very dated but comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable. There is a small TV and refrigerator in the room. There is a cute gift shop when you check in. Many cool things to buy. We enjoyed walking down to the river which is a short trail walk. I would definitely go back again but don't expect luxury in the rooms.

What a gem. To Qualify my review, I spent 15 years working for the largest premium hotel brand in the world.I stayed here prior to Elk hunt for which we arrived a few days early. The cabins are well maintained and very clean. The staff was very friendly, they pointed us in the right direction for a great meal and a gorgeous area to do some fly fishing. Just hunters on this trip but I’d love to bring the rest of the family back for a visit and use this for home base. I have a hard time believing you’d find a better place to stay within 50 miles of here.Thank you,Dan

Absolutely beautiful location and cute cabins. The rooms are larger inside than you think from the outside. The staff goes above and beyond to take care of their guests. I forgot my expensive stylus pen in one of the rooms. I called them and they searched for it and shipped it back to me free of charge. Very impressed with Riverfront Motel and Cabins, would highly recommend! Great for large groups, families, or individuals.

These are very beautiful cabins, extremely clean! I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone in the area! My only complaint is that I wish the hot water lasted longer. I love taking a nice long shower, especially after a cold day. But besides that, it truly is a great place to stay. It’s so great having your own privacy of your own cabin.

Quite honestly if I could give this 6 stars I would! Fantastic place to stay on the outskirts of an amazing small town. The wife and I discussed coming back for a week or 2 so I could fish and we could do all the things around that there is to do. We even disgust retiring there in Thompson Falls!! The rooms are super neat and clean. The service and the people that run the place are amazing and down home folks. We will stay there in a heartbeat again and again and again.

We had one of the bigger cabins down the small path at the pond. They were very clean and just beautiful. Check-in was easy (but should arrive before 9pm). Our sink was clogged but they repaired it while we were gone. We had a good amount of spiders (smaller and bigger ones) in the cabin (probably coming in at night). They were crawling on the bed, in our clothes, in the bathroom, … if you are terrified of spiders this is not the place to go. Other than that it was beautiful. My kids had fun at the little pond. You can buy duck food for 25 cents st the pond. I wished we could have stayed longer but it’s on the more expensive side. We also liked the bagels from the coffee shop on the other side of the road.

The room is son the small size, but comfortable. The sound insulation is on the light side. I am sure that it would have been more comfortable in spring with a warmer outside and not rainy.Walkability: Other than the river, ypy are far from everything.

Very clean and nice rooms. We stayed in a single queen and had friends in a double queen. Both enjoyed our stay! WiFi didn't work for us on laptop or other devices but was no big deal. I would suggest a note pad for comments and a few more towels, even when two guest stay they would like 4 towels. Nice service, night light, comfy beds and everything we needed. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again! Oh and a wonderful gift shop!

The most comfortable nights sleep so far during our road trip. Mattress is very deep and soft, big pillows perfect for my sore back. Wife agreed she slept like a baby. Cabin was very roomy but the bathroom (toilet and shower) a bit tight for bigger people (good thing I'm a midget j/k).Would recommend this place no problem.

Really cute place in a beautiful location! In-room amenities, satellite cable, and a cute gift shop. Only complaint is after running the shower, the water that came through the kitchenette was almost white because it was clouded and you couldn’t drink it because it tasted funny. Water from the bathroom sink was fine, though! Heaters all worked wonderfully and the shower stayed hot after four people used it. Would probably stay here again if we came back through the area!
