Nice clean store. Well stocked produce section. Carson, our checkout clerk, was great. Greeted us with a friendly smile.Only four customers were wearing mask. No employees were wearing mask. No COVID precautions being used. Disappointing.

Very good grocery store! The cashiers and staff seem/are very friendly!! The store has very great low prices and are pretty good quality. This is my favorite grocery store now! I also love the layout of the store! It's very easy to get around and everything is very organized and put together! 10/10!!!

Ice cream cones for a quarter? Say less!! We stayed in Stevensville for a few days visiting family and this was our go-to place for buying groceries. It had a very Very pleasant, small-town atmosphere. My only complaint is there wasn't any fresh shrimp, we had to settle for frozen. But I guess that's to be expected when you're that far from the ocean! The employees were pleasant and friendly.

This place is everything a grocery store should be! They always have everything we need, and great prices. What I really enjoy is not having to use a self-checkout! I get so sick of going to Walmart to be treated like a cow. On any given day they have eight cashiers working in here and they only have 10 checkout stands. That's 80% staffed. When did you see that at Walmart last?

I'm tired of the prices going up. Every time I go in tons of things have been marked up. Just because all these new people have moved in doesn't give them the right to hurt our wallets. I understand things are higher everywhere right now, but on a daily basis? So you give us a sale one one item and Jack up another the difference??

Had "top sirloin" from super 1 tonight. Absolutely the worst excuse for "top sirloin" I've ever had, meat was cut wrong, was extremely grisly and tough awful excuse for meat. Had petite sirloin last week and it was 1000% better quality. Thanks for selling me a garbage cut of "top" quality meat.

Not even one star. This isn’t the first time I’ve gotten “fresh deli food” from them and had issues. I’ve opened containers that had mold in them that was hidden under the labels. Several days before the “use by” date by the way.This time I found a freaking FLY drenched in the ranch that was in this wrap. Absolutely disgusting. Take a good safety course and pay attention. Have some pride, this is embarrassing. When I called to complain they just said they could give credit for it, which is fine. Except They should be taking it seriously and pulling everything from the shelves. I’m sure the Health Department would love this 👍🏽

Wish I could give negative stars!!! Worst customer service!! And rude. Doesn't matter what time a day, or now nice I am they need better cashiers! And managers, employee in general! Ones with actual customer service skills even remotely.I know I'm just 1 person but I'm going to make the extra drive and waist of fuel just go to next town over cuz how rude they are! I would suggest the same!

I have to say store manager Mark gets 5 stars from our family. The baker and produce team that always come through with great cakes and dozens of balloons at short notice are just fantastic. I’m so thankful 😊

This is such a nice store! Clean, well organized and they are well stocked, unlike many stores in Hamilton. It's worth the little extra drive to be able to actually get what you need. Friendly staff. Cameron did an excellent job of bagging my groceries, which you might not think is a big deal but I can't even count the number of times at other stores that I've had my eggs or fruit packed under canned goods.

Just picked up my first online order, what a great experience, the gentleman that brought me my groceries was so nice. Good job by Super 1 for choosing this guy. My husband has health problems and sometimes grocery shopping or shopping in general is hard. I love the online experience, groceries were spot on and will be looking forward to using this system again. THANK YOU SUPER 1. Been a customer for a long time!!!

Living in Stevensville we are so lucky to have such an awesome 24-hr store at our fingertips. I love that the staff has always been friendly and helpful but overtime actually get to know you. You won't get that in big cities! Also, after their beautiful remodel, and the addition of their new deli seating area it has been nice to sit with my kids for a light snack or ice cream.

I like this store. I live further out and could go to other stores but make this one a extra trip when I can. It's worth the drive to me. The selection is good and they have some gluten free items that I can't find in other stores. They have a good deli bar and salad bar. Their fried chicken meals are the best tasting around for the price. It is so reasonable that you would maybe think it was 1989 prices. LoLBeer and wine selections are good along with other specialty drinks like kombucha etc.

Was there last night , and when I went to check out . There was two lanes open, I went to the Express lane not thinking anything of it . And the clerk who was just standing there doing nothing told me I had to go through the other check out line due to that one being an Express line and I had like 11 or 12 items .Well thought that was rude , but then I found out that he was the manager. So much for caring about the customer and the kicker was there was no other customers around , just me and the lady who was checking out at the other line

What has become of that store. Last three weeks gone there for weekly groceries.5 people standing in deli to scared to say how can I help you so they all bunch together looking at the floor.check out just as bad. Today was the last. Melissa checking. No high no nothing. Puts everything in plastic not asking if I would like an ice cream bag as my drive home is 15 minutes on A 95 degree day. Then she is done checking. Starts talking to the cashier beside her I asked her how much it was she says "I told you115? I said no you didn't then she got more snotty and just handed me my receipt.God forbid don't ask for paper at that placeyou gets glares Sorry your new employees had to get off unemployment to work. Customer service there now sucks

Wish Missoula had a Super 1. I drive from Missoula to shop here occasionally. Love the way the store is laid out, high quality produce and good weekly sales. Knocking off a star for the deli, they just act like they don’t want to wait on you. I’ve had them stand with their back to me, acting busy when they knew I was standing there waiting. No one else was in line.I finally just walked off. Consistently poor service in the deli.

Watch your cuts of beef when purchasing.The meat departments gotten a little shady recently. I've been buying a lot of cuts of beef where they hide large fat amounts underneath the meat that you can't see until you take it out of the package.I've purchased several cuts of meat with this fat hidden underneath where I ended cutting off about 4 oz of just fat. I would have never purchased the meat if I could see that when I picked it up. This isn't random either, they are hiding fat like this with a lot of cuts.Management clearly either can't get employees under control or they just don't care. The deli is a major problem area. Employees stand around and act like you're bothering them for asking for something. I recently ordered a fried chicken meal and the employee gave me a large cup-like container with mashed potatoes halfway filed up in it, then proceeded to fill the rest of the same container with gravy. When we tried to eat at home it was just like soup. Who does that?The store hasn't always been this way but over the last two years it's became what it is now. I won't be shopping here anymore except for a quick few things I might need. I'll get my meat and deli from somewhere else.

This store is amazing! It’s well stocked with everything I could possibly ever want at a grocery store. It’s loaded with healthy, organic options, ethnic foods, and all kinds of other non-food goodies, like a huge selection of Burt’s bees products. It’s super clean and staff is very friendly and helpful.
