George in the equipment rental department is not someone who should hold a customer service/customer-facing position.In one breath he wants to blame the customer for a faulty piece of equipment. In the next breath he's saying how he's taking a piece of equipment out of service "because it always comes back like this." Well, what is it George? Do customers break it or does the equipment suck?Not only that, if you're a FEMALE renting faulty equipment and bringing it back, he'll say it's broken and you messed up because "you're a woman." When I told him I wasn't going to pay for 5 minutes of use on a broken piece of machinery, he said, "typical woman."I will NEVER be back to this store. George is a salty, misogynistic POS who should be fired. I have NEVER had anyone in a customer service position treat a customer/me so poorly. Disgusting.GO TO ACE!!

Wow been coming here for years! Something has changed! I stood at the register while Tim(I asked another nice lady his name) picked up some boxes and never looked up or greeted me or said someone will be with u. NOTHING! I asked is there someone working the register? He yelled yeah me now all the way accross the store!!

We love this place, most are 100 year old house has been updated from this store , they have acredit account and you can get coupons for 5.00, 10.00 for paint has really helped with our budget. Can`t say enough about George he knows everything.when they make the popcorn,customers come running

Every time I have walked in I am asked “Can I help you find something?” and instead pointing or telling me the aisle, someone walks me right to it. I can count on a friendly face and voice, quick service in and out, and a nice popcorn snack! Our go-to store!

Really helpful, nice, only complaint Is dident really listen to what I actually needed/wanted, felt obligated to get what they suggested because spent so much time helping ended up getting parts I won't use unless I go deep into my project, I was just trying to replace a water line under a sink so my family and I could move.

I’m in the process of building my house in Stevensville, and I am thankful for the convenience of this store. One of the most frustrating things about department stores in general, is when they are under-staffed and you can’t find anybody to help. At Stevensville Hardware, this is certainly not the case. The staff are all very professional, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! On top of that, their prices are very competitive, and they’ve got quite a good selection of tools & materials. Overall - Great, no complaints here!

Very efficient and handicapped accessible street parking right at the stores front.And being of the friendliest town in the Bitteroot Valley their products of high grade and multiple choices. Hardware, tools, paint, gardening accessories, on and on.There is no doubt you will go away empty handed with the best of quality to boot. The organization of the store is Very much user friendly.Never have I crossed their threshold and not recieved a Warm and friendly welcome.The prices are as competitive as any around. And don't forget to declare your Veteran or Senior status for even better deal.The Staff has always been professional, courteous and very helpful.Top Notch business. Right on Main St after the 4way stop definitely worth a look folks.

Easily the best hardware store in the valley. The rental center and garden center are unequaled. Friendly helpful staff and they stay open until 7pm. I live in Corvallis and drive 10 miles out of my way to go to this store. Skip the one in Hamilton. The Stevi store is the one to go to.

I love this place! I almost always have a project going and they're always here to help me. If they don't have what I need they are more than happy to get on line and get it for me usually within just a couple days. They have a small amount of employee turnover and to me that says a lot. Nice owners, happy employees make for a great atmosphere to shop. And the hours they are open are for the convenience of the customer for sure. Thank you Stevi Hardware!

I went in the other day to rent a chimney brush. The people were very friendly and helpful! They told me that it would be $5 for the 6'' brush and rods which I thought was very reasonable. I asked if I could also rent an 8'' brush, they said I could and they didn't charge me any more money! I would recommend this place to everyone!

Thos store is amazing. Locally owned and operated. Many different things you may need for home supplies and building supplies as well as hardware and other merchandise as well. The staff is verry knowledgeable and extremely helpful and respectful and well as being good people. They have just about anything you may need. Check them out.

I love the small town atmosphere at Stevenville hardware store! I'm always politely greeted and if I need help, the knowledgable staff (like David) are there to happily assist me! No matter what I need, they always seem to have it! The absolute best hardware store around!

Called about an item I specifically wanted cause it would have a cover. The gal asks co workers about a different item and when I said no I'm looking for this she got snippy on the phone. If I wanted that I would have asked, lose the attitude. Will be going to Eastside from now on.

The fact that a hardware store closes before most people get home from work is the dumbest thing ever. I have lived in much smaller towns and 8pm is closing time Mon-Sun. But not here. Will drive 35 miles to Home Depot before I buy from here on a weekend day.

Helpful staff. Local owned. Seems like they have figured out the right stock to have. Ace Hardware is closer to my house, so I try them first. But so many times end up buying it at Stevensville Hardware because they have it in stock.
