So I definitely like the store they have a big selection, but the reason I go is for crickets and mealworms. Every time I get crickets and by the time I get home half of them are already dead! I don't know if maybe it's just because of who they breed from or what but what do you want to get crickets I would definitely go somewhere else.

Whom ever is answering there phones needs to learn customer service!! Absolutely rude!! to click someone on hold before anything! Sure I understand might be busy with another customer I do I’ve been in customer service for yeeeears in every aspect from the store and ast management, to bottom of Tottom pole, dosent matter you do treat ur customers like that! I was a 100 loyal customer only went there for most things, not anymore I know I’m 1 person and won’t make a difference loosening 1 person. But oh well… lost one…

Pretty nice store just wished we had some more help in finding product we were going up and down aisles 2 associates on adjacent aisle but neither one of them asked if we needed help especially since we had passed several time looking for an item in there store.

I just love this store! The staff are always so pleasant and helpful. Binx (the cat) is also perfect for helping pick out the best cat treats to take home. Also they have a great selection of feeds as well as dog/cat foods and supplies. Looking forward to their Pet-A-Palooza sale coming up, its the perfect time to stock up on everything!

I recently moved to this area. I’m trying out new stores so I can find the one that might have everything I need. This store was having an event, petapalooza. When I went into the store, it was packed with only 3 registers open. I asked one of the cashiers to point me in the direction of pet toys and food. She was very nice. I shopped for a while, picked out some dog items but didn’t find the food I use. When I got back to the register, the lines were super long and again 3 cashiers. The lady I had asked for help when I first came in called on her radio 3+ times for help. Finally a gal with bright blue hair came to the register, coffee in hand. She seemed very put out by the fact that she had been called to work. When I asked about the food I use, she talked down to me. I didn’t ask for her opinion on the food, just wanted to know if they carried it. She was very rude. I can definitely say this is not the store I will be shopping at.

I've shopped in this store for years, decent selection of merchandise. I was in a few days ago to pick up an item. The employee who checked me out was "Jessica C."She didn't make eye contact and had an almost hostile attitude toward me. Trying to be civil, I said "Thanks, have a good day" at the end of the transaction and she didn't say a word. This kind of customer service is increasingly familiar in businesses. It almost felt like she thought she was doing me a favor.

Excellent selection of items and products, and great customer service. I can always find what I need, and everyone is so nice, I feel respected as a customer. This is now the only hardware store in the area that I shop at. Great for animal feed, hay, and straw too.

The sales girl I spoke with is totally ignorant about dog nutrition and told me not to feed Science Diet or Royal Canin because vets recommend them and corn is bad for dogs. I trust the advice of veterinary professionals not sales girls at the feed store. I gave a very low review when it first happened. I have increased my ratings after speaking with the Corporate office. They contacted the Stevensville store and a discussion was had with the sales gal I dealt with. I feel better knowing she was educated more on pet nutrition but I am still concerned about how many other people could have received bad advice on dog food if the sales staff is not receiving informative training on the topic

Staff is always friendly and often knowledgable. Store is clean. Selection is decent. I'm particularly happy that they are enforcing mask wearing during Covid outbreaks.

Is it possible to give 0 stars? This store is full of lies and deceit. Pet-a-palooza is a scam. False advertising and workers that don't even have the ability to answer the phone. It's only a matter of time until amazon puts them out of business.

They always have what I'm looking for. And I like this store so much better then the "pet store" in Hamilton, at least at the County Store they are nice and helpful, and that's what keeps me going back!

They have a surprisingly small selection of feed/feed supplies given they are the only ag store in the immediate area. Sometimes they have good deals in their clearance sections
