Place is amazing. Most the time lol, why only got 4 instead of 5, most the time the staff Is nice and amazing and will go above and beyond for u to help. Other times u get treated like a sheep/another number, get In, give us your money now get out, and won't help, hell Even if ask for help and go up and ask for help they just "don't hear you" and walk away or look down on u cuz u don't know something. So guess depending on the day is if you get nice and good service or u get looked down on.. but would recommend this place

Great store. They ended up having my swamp cooler float in stock so I went on ahead and ordered one online. The part was ready for pickup as soon as I arrived. They constantly have great deals as well. The customer support was great also. Would highly recommend this store to anyone in the surrounding area.

Excellent customer service! I left without two items that were to big for Ace bag and I walked out without them. Maybe 5mins pass and I received a call, "You left a couple items here. They'll be at the front counter when you come in." I was not aware I left anything until that call. I greatly appreciated the heads up! Thank you for your wonderful customer service Ace!!

Rolling her eyes. Very disrespectful. Embarrassed my mother.Never been treated with such out and out rudeness. Not the first bad experience I've had with this gal, but it really bothered my mom.

I've been coming here since we moved to Stevi. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Prices are good for a small town. My daughter always wants to come and visit with the dog that hangs out there. They always seem to have what we need and if we don't know what we need they have answers too. They also don't treat me like I don't know what I am doing just because I'm a girl, too, which is a nice change from living down south.

A very helpful store but prices for various products are high. And it seems the policy on gift cards is, Be ready to use the whole amount on the card as there are no allowances giving back for unused funds on card. Example: Wanted only a 7.95 item on a 20.00 card would of had to leave the change or find other items to complete closer amount to the 20.00. So be prepared to utilize the entire amount.

Bill did an excellent job helping me get the hardware needed to setup the hot water hose on my bidet. It was not an easy task, but he understood what I was asking for and gave me exactly what I needed.

Everyone is generally very helpful without being overly so. Best of all, they are very informed about their stock. Home depot and Lowe's are absolutely impossible to deal with now.

Everyone is very helpful and there is never a shortage of people willing to help, it may be perceived as pushy to some but I would rather be asked three times if I need help rather than wander around lost. Prices are bit higher but for quick last minute items it is still probably cheaper than a drive to Missoula. My son always loves the free popcorn!

I really like the staff here, they are always very helpful. I wish they could have more choices but they always seem to have what I come in for so I’m not going to complain that much. And it saves me a trip to Missoula!!

Same as Florence Ace Hardware I hate the way they jump on you like a bum on a bologna sandwich. If I need help I would prefer to ask for it. But the owner of both doors clearly does not understand that. I feel like he thinks I am trying to steal from him. I am a professional contractor and probably have more knowledge than most of the help in this store and it frustrates me to have to run through the Hoops to get what I need. However the store is nicely stocked and he has done a good job of reworking the mess the previous owners had created.

This store is convenient to my inlaw's ranch, so I've been coming here for tools and supplies for quite a few years. I can't remember ever being unable to get whatever I needed, no matter how obscure it was. The staff has also always been super helpful, even when I didn't know exactly what I needed for whatever repair I was then working on.They also sell lumber, which has occasionally been very convenient as well.They always ask if I have an "Ace rewards card", which I don't as there isn't a nearby Ace store to my home in Colorado. I do so much business here though that I probably should go ahead and get one.

I worked here for 3 weeks. Not very long. I wrote down my hours by the minute. Ann, the owner, gave my only half my paycheck so I called her asking why, she proceeded to tell me that I made a mistake and that she gave me two paychecks and I only got one. She had me bring my father in to discuss it, and she yelled at us. Very unprofessional. Yelled at us that we must have lost the envelope or something for the second check. Then she realized that she had pinned it to her bulletin board. She didn't even apologize for being so unprofessional. Not to mention the fact that I was never excused to lunch until around 2 or 3, I was never told what my hours would be, I was never told when I had to work until the day of. I never got to plan things out because they would randomly call me in whenever they wanted. Not to mention the fact that they send me home due to covid (didn't fire me) and never paid me for the 6 days that I was forced to stay home as I begged to come to work. Legally, if you are send home due to covid, you need to be getting paid for all of the days you miss until you get laid off.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. $8.50 for untreated 2"x6"x8' is pretty steep though. I could understand double price compared to Missoula but triple price is just gouging.

This store is NOT practicing social distancing. The front counter employees are not wearing masks and laugh at me when I asked her to move back to sign credit card. Will not return there. The bitterroot better get smarter.

The paint gal was SO helpful, answered all of my first timer questions, showed me things I'd need, dealt with me going through pictures I took of my home and offered her honest opinion, suggestions and feedback on my ideas. I will go here for all my paint needs forever. Thank you Stevi Ace Paint Lady!!

It's always my first stop and 99% of the time they have what I need. I think the new owners have done a nice job revamping the inventory and culture of the place. I like the staff and appreciate their effort whenever I go in there.

This place is awesome Steve one of the clerk's there is absolutely the very best he is so knowledgeable in every department I had questions in a few departments and he had the perfect answer for all of my issues he was the very best and I will not go anywhere else and I will forsure to tell all of my friends to go Steve for all of their hardware needs they will never be disappointed!😁

Huge store with a great selection. One stop shop for feed, hay, home decor and much more. Staff is extreamly friendly and helpful. I wish we had a store this versatile in oregon. I'd go there all the time. Takes a while to go thro the whole store as it's huge but we'll worth it.
