This place is wonderful, their in store made sandwiches are some of the best I’ve ever had, it has some items you won’t find in any other local grocery store. It’s a smaller, well stocked, great meat, friendly employee store.

Really like shopping here. They always have what I need and the employees are friendly and helpful. I feel like Burnt Fork Market appreciates my business. Wonderful meat department too, lots of locally sourced meats and great fish too.

We are so lucky to have this great market in our town. It has quality produce, a great selection of the brands I like and carries Boar's Head meats and cheeses, plus a huge selection of beer and wine. I find everything I need here. Prices are very reasonable and staff is friendly.

This place is so drama filled it's ridiculous. They hired an employee who threatened to unalive children and who has a prior of sexual assault working in the deli. If one employee does not like you they will have all of the employees follow you around and harass you too the point of you needing to call the police and anyone who is friends with you. With all of that being said the manager Makayla aka Kayla is extremely unprofessional by personally messaging people accusing them of doing things they never did and harass them over Facebook about her "workplace" and she will even go as low as bringing someone's children into the attack. I used to love this store and shop there weekly but now I will never go back because the deli employees take pictures and videos of my vehicle with my children in the car and follow me out of the store. They are a liability and they are going to hurt someone someday and Kayla is allowing this behavior.

I avoided this place for a while because things were outdated and meat didn't have dates on it. But recently returned to try again. I noticed staff rotating food and working in the isles. Produce was fresher than I remember it. I no longer found outdated food. But most of all, I asked the owner, who happened to be there, to order something specific and he took the time to write down what I wanted and said he would. Cashier guy is always friendly. (the guy with black hair, he's so nice and my kids like him). The deli guy and older woman are always over the top friendly and go out of their way to make you happy. What I got was small town customer service and that is priceless. The staff make you feel like your family. They have every odd ball thing I have on my list, things you won't find at a regular grocery store, anything you need to make every Asian, Italian and Mexican dish you can think up. The variety and customer service, the way the owner treated me so well when I had a request is the reason I am now a regular customer again.

Good experience no troubles in locating merchandise. Employees very courteous and helpful. Very good access for disabled or otherwise. The deli had a very good selection of items and the vegetable coolers were stocked up fresh and clean. Prices very competitive with other markets. Cash and cards excepted for payment. Overall definitely would return for my shopping needs.

I used to shop here all the time. They always have friendly staff and a nice spot to pick something up quick. However I went into their store one day and went to the dairy department. When I opened the fridge door I was overwhelmed with cigarette smoke. I assumed I must be mistaken and looked around for perhaps someone who smelt of cigarettes. There was no one in sight so I went a couple doors down and opened the fridge door with the same result of cigarette smoke. I was astonished, I couldn’t believe what I was smelling. As I went to check out I talked to one of the registers and told them of the smell. They informed me that they heard that the owner has a friend that he lets smoke in the back of the refrigeration units (where the food is stored) and it reeks of cigarettes. I couldn’t believe what I heard, that is absolutely unacceptable. I should not have to worry about contamination from cigarettes in my food. I will be reporting them to the health department for further investigation.

Best beer selection in the Bitterroot! Friendliest deli counter too! Oh, almost forgot the meat department. I really like the smaller packaging as a single person and the prices are great too. For a small town grocer I usually get some pretty good bargains here.

Overall store is great selection and local. The customer service however is not great especially the deli. I have all together just avoided it. There's always new people in there and none of them seem to have very good attitudes. Most of the cashier's are very friendly and helpful.

Great grocery store with lots of unique items. My husband and I often drive up from Hamilton specifically to go to this store. They have an awesome selection of beer and wine as well as many locally made products. The meat at this store is excellent and their produce is always fresh and often local. They have a good offering of vegetarian and vegan options that are not available at other local stores. The staff has always been friendly and helpful.

Friendly employees, LOVE that we dont have to mask up for the plandemic. Would get more of my business except there only ever seems to be one cashier working and no one wants to open another register. Stood in line for almost 15 min. Before I just put my stuff down and left.

I’m very disappointed to walk into your store and see zero employees with masks on. It used to be better. Cases are rising and hospitals are filling up and you stop? Completely irresponsible to your community. 1 in 5 grocery store workers have tested positive, you can do better.

The owner has a nasty habit of yelling at his employees in front of customers. Makes you feel super uncomfortable when you're trying to shop. I honestly thought it was a manager who hadnt figured out how to lead a team yet until I asked to complain and found out it's the owner of the store and that this is his normal behavior. For a store with a massive competitor only a few minutes away you'd think he would run his business better. No wonder there's always a help wanted ad on their door.

This store has everything you need. Updating.....the deli is so hit or miss! Whoever makes their pasta type salads can't get it straight- one day it's great, the next there is so much mayo or sauce in them you can't even eat them.....sad cause it used to be great. But their wages are low for the area so I can understand.

I love this store. Small town hospitality at its best. They saved a case of my favorite beer just because they knew we loved it and it wasn't going to be stocked any longer. Friendly checkers and the beer selection is amazing!!

The store has full shelves....yet minimized in choices. Prices are those of today's neighborhood grocery stores.They have everything! ( just in certain brands) perhaps buy your Bar-B-Que selections elsewhere. I didn't check out the produce.

They have pretty good sales and they are cheaper on milk and eggs than super one. The deli items are on the expensive side but are made with quality product. The staff are usually very cheerful!
