This was a well-stocked grocery plus more. Most of you basic needs are here, including quite a few healthy and natural options. We were thankful for this necessities stop. It would be a solid regular grocery as well.

it would be a better store if they kept things stocked half of the time I go there they are always out of certain items I shop for,however they do have great and friendly employees.and some prices are pretty reasonable . I guess with any store you have your ups and downs . Overall still a pretty good store to go to.

I’m a very perceptive person. I’ve overheard Tessa the manager talking down to her people and verbally abusing her employees several times in my trips to the store. It is sickening to know that there are still people in this world that treat others under them as being less than human. She seems to be the type of person that only wants a title. Bosses boss, leaders lead. She needs to get off her power trip. Lift your people up, and not push them down.

The store was stocked well and clean. Great muffin and bread loaf selection in the Bakery, limited deli meats but had good service. Checking out the service was not friendly and seemed a bit "snooty?" Or maybe they were having a bad day, but i saw that this has been a complaint before too...

Largest selection of fresh fruit around. I enjoy the variety and even though the prices are a little high, I understand prices everywhere are going up so it's not so bad.

Employees at a grocery store shouldn't be allowed to walk around with their faces/bodies covered in political advertising. Free speech and freedom of expression is great but you also need to be professional and realize that you work for a private company where not all freedoms apply whilst at work. Polarizing your customers and allowing workers that represent the brand to give the impression that IGA as a company is backing one side or another is probably not great for business.

Went and got some groceries and asked for help to which i was told its over there somewhere, cashier seemed as if I was bothering her for going through her line. Store seemed dark and shelves were bare with nothing behind what was pushed to the front of them. Got home and went to make lunch and opened a package of sandwich size cheese and when i pulled the cheese out it was molded. So I took it back in the morning and a lady at the "service counter" im sorry im closing! I said i just won't to replace this cheese cause of the molding and showed to her, she replied "oh do you have a receipt cause their is nothing we can do without a receipt" and was rude how she said it. After tring to explain who keeps a receipt since like most people who throw it away my kids and I left and told her dont worry ill throw it away and will never be back in this store again. Go somewhere else stay away from thus store. But when I called the manager yet again the next day she apologized and said that she would take care of it.

Mixed bag. On the plus side the Sidney IGA had sugar free black licorice which is pretty amazing. On the negative side shelves were empty. Can't tell if it's because of lack of help or that the market is very n financial trouble. Lots of empty shelves. Not good.

Post-oil-boom prices are jacked to the sky, providing very little variety, deli food that has gotten several people sick, and terrible produce. Don't ever buy their "IGA" brand products either. It's -somehow- worse than "western family".

I was assaulted physically by the assistant/acting manager "K" while informing her politely of the proper display of the American flag. She covered up her name tag as I was trying to see it. I offered to fix it myself. The flag is now no where to be seen anymore. It has been a year now.

The floral bouquet they sent to funeral home was not worth the price. Flowers were wilted and dying. My brother's(Jon Getchell) death was hard enough to handle. The flowers looked horrid beside all the other arrangements and he would have been insulted, as I am. I feel I should be reimbursed. Total thumbs down.

Some prices are good. They have a value section. Most items are a dollar. They have a bulk section also. Prices are high on other things. But its good shopping.

Meat especially ground beef is always nasty. They definitely mix old with new. Most of the cashiers are snooty and stuck up. Definitely go to reynolds.

Excellent customer service! Some nonsale, not highly perishable items were sold out which was disappointing, but I was easily able to find out when they'd be in stock!
