Specifically Asked to have burger 🍔 cooked medium to medium rare. Burger was burnt on edges, rest was very well done. Completely Cooked the flavor right out of the grass feed organic beef.The server repeated back to me medium to medium rare. Seems as if the server did not listen to my order at all even though she wrote it down and repeated it back to me how I said for the medium to medium rare burger to be done. Very disappointed 😢 after paying almost $20.00 dollars.

Make any more of a statement that this is a meat shop with a dining room to eat meat in too many ways. The store name should be clear enough, but as travelers-through, I see too many grease smoke/griddle-cooking restaurants. I think eating outdoors might be the ticket.Suggestion: get creative, healthy! Serve something with vegetables or spice to balance the menu. It takes some people days, to get hungry for meat. I was hoping for a lentil soup and interesting sandwich!

Worked with Larissa over the phone prior to my coming to the Sheridan/Twin Bridges area. She gladly met with me at the shop and all I can say is WOW, her grass-fed meats are great. Your attentiveness is greatly appreciated. All your meats were great, however, you rack of lamb was exceptional! Do not miss this hidden gem. Thank you.
