I placed a carry out order, it was a small thin crust pork sausage, black olive and jalapeno. It was $15.09. I hung up called right back said how much is a Specialty and she said $15.29 I said so a 3 topping is as much as the Specialty. I ask to change it and she said sorry it's already being put in the oven. I said ok whatever. Got to the store and left checked the pizza and it was wrong. I went back same lady argued with me they only had one type of sausage. I informed her she was wrong. She took pizza said they would fix it. At no point did anyone ever offer me anything for the mistake. When pizza was finally done she practically threw it at me and said sorry. VERY DISAPPOINTING 😞

We ordered ahead of time and when I went to pick it up it wasn't ready. I still had to wait about another 15 minutes to receive my meal after the 15 minutes that I already waited before I went there. the pizza was really good and I can't really complain about the quality of the pizza. You pay for what you get, and with Pizza Hut it's really greasy.

We came in on a quiet Tuesday and was very impressed. Service was quick and friendly, and the pizza was great. To quote my kid: "This is way better than usual Pizza Hut pizza, isn't it?" and he was totally correct. Clean and convenient. Loved it.

The pizza hut of the 1980s is a dying breed, and this place is evidence of that. No more table service, no more fountain sodas, no more parmesan and pepper flakes on the tables. They literally wanted $2 for a mini shaker of parmesan when dining in and only sold bottled sodas - obviously with no refills.But at least they still gave us the option to dine in to get that pizza hot and fresh. Pizza which, I'll add, is every bit as great as it was in the 80s.I struggled with this rating because I really wanted a "traditional" Hut experience. But the service was great, and so was the food, so 4/5 it is. Please bring back the nostalgic Pizza Hut casual dining experience!

Do not provide any crushed peppers for your pizza. Tried to charge $1.19 for a small bottle. Never seen such a ripoff at any pizza place. Served on paper plates with cheap forks that won't even cut the pizza. No fountain soda. Will not return to Pizza Hut. A joke.

Over charged $13 and was offered a cookie or breadsticks to make up for it. Never again will I give any Pizza Hut in the United States my money again. I make better pizza, I just thought I could take a night off. the 75 cent chicken wings, they are 75 cents a piece not a deal at all. Lying, cheating, over priced Franchise with garbage for customer service.

Nice and friendly staff. Very good service with a smile. Place is clean and quiet, with nice interior. I can imagine using this place as party venue for small group upto 35-50pax maybe. They also have a salad bar. Just walking distance from the Pilot Truckstop in Shelby, about 30mins before the Coutts port of entry . Clean restrooms. You can order online, or call in advance for pickup or delivery. Inquire about the $5 deal where you can choose from select items on their menu (we got the alfredo pasta, medium one topping pizza, cinnabon, bread sticks, chicken wings/nuggets)and pay $5 each if you order 2 or more + tax. Pretty good deal. Happy tummy.

Hit and miss when it comes to the service and food, good luck getting anybody to answer the phone. They choose to send it to the call center which is completely useless. Kyle and Daniel are about the only two there worth dealing with if they’re not there I suggest going elsewhere

We ordered online. Seconds after placing the order, the restaurant called us to tell us that they only do round pizzas, not the square ones. Cool, I don't care about the shape of the pie. But that was just a nice touch. The pizza was good, the wings even better, and the service exceptional.Not many options in Shelby, so go with what you know.

One of the Employee's literally pushed me out of the way and then laughed about it.The young lady there did apologize for his behavior but it should have been him.Was not happy with the quality of food and quite surprised that you have to pay for crushed peppers & Parmesan after you just spent over 80.00 on food.Soda machine was out of order.Server boxed our order even though we were dining in.Server was pleasant. We travel extensively for business and will be in Shelby Mt weekly for the next few months, Will be watching to see if this improves. There are currently 60 to 80 employees there so hopefully it will. If not there are other establishments that welcome our business

The food was fine, but as a member of a family whose matriarch ran a Pizza Hut for 30+ years, I was disappointed. Staff not appropriately dressed, not well versed in procedures and looked like they were more interested in their own conversations and shenanigans with each other than customers.

The pizza hut was clean and the order was served quickly. The food was good but when I asked for the packet of crushed red peppers I was told they no longer provide them and instead I need to purchase a whole shaker. That's a new one for me.

I usually like their food, but for the last few months it's just been making me and the people around me sick. I woke up at 3 am this morning throwing up. Don't really recommend this Pizza Hut.

Thoroughly enjoyed our experience! The staff was polite and friendly! Over the last month or so, the cleanliness of the restaurant has improved drastically. The new manager goes out of her way to make sure all customers are satisfied and the staff members seem a lot happier. Definitely enjoy this Pizza Hut over the one in CutBank.

Just you're average Pizza hut. One of the few sit-down restaurants in town. Staff were pretty friendly, and the food was pretty good. The interior could use a make over, but for a small town I believe it's not an issue. I'd reccomend this restaurant is you need a quick bit along your journey

We felt very sorry for the waitress. They didn't even have salt, no sandwiches, no catchup, no salad dressing. Our orders came one at a time and we were all done eating when the last order came. In a small town that is not going to fly.

Sat at the pickup window for 25 minutes. The male worker sat on the phone the entire time then sat on the counter on the phone.. female worker walked straight to the window and back into the back. then they both vanished. So, I went inside. Music is blaring.. worst customer service ever. Placed my order for the hut lane.. workers not even working.

I ordered 8 pizzas. I received 7. The crust was inferior on most of them. The manager called me after I placed the order and told me that he only had thin crust left and was out of all other crust styles. I agreed to all thin crust pizzas. When they arrived, some of the thin crust pies were dried out like leather; over cooked maybe? Flavor on almost all of them was pretty lacking. Some of the pizzas came as more of a thicker crust. Almost like 2 raw crusts were pressed together to make a thicker crust to simulate hand tossed. There was a visible line in the side of the crust that looked like a seam where the pieces were joined. (or old crust). Anyway, it was disappointing for an order that totaled over $100

Soda machine not working and dining room not clean. Girl behind counter said she wouldn’t answer phone when it rang for orders. Worker putting boxes together throwing pieces over counter into dining room. Not very professional.

We went into the lobby to order and eat. We ordered several items, including cheese sticks, bread sticks and cheese stuffed crust pizza. The cheese sticks tasted like moldy cheese. Bread sticks were covered in both parmesan cheese and cinnamon 🤢. My husband's pizza smelled like the cheese sticks, sour bad cheese. We are swearing this one off for the rest of our lives.
