the customer service is extremely poor, rude clerks, high prices.i went in to shower, the showers are very small, the one i went in had hair innthe sink, trash in the can and the floor was dirty, when i spoke to the lasy at the counter she acted as if she didnt care

I counted 8 parking places, the parking that is halfway across the road is occupied by trailers without tractors, not paved, showers like from a horror movie. + I must pay tribute to the cleaner clean showers! Not convenient refueling, if lots are busy, you have to wait on the road. Not commensurate price of fuel and quality of service !!

Very poor customer service. I asked to reserve shower but the representative said it will be another one hour waiting time. Town pump employees should clean shower right away once shower gets vacant . Truckers do there best in there field but in revert they expect atleast shower in starting of day but if they don’t get and have to wait daily one One hour at these pump it’s worthless. Manager should take care on this.

There bathrooms are always clean we stop here when we take trips. The staff are nice. This last trip the fried chicken was a little bit overcooked or left on too long. Usually it is cooked to perfection. Good gas prices. They are always busy and have long lines could use more staff.

The lady named Rose was extremely helpful while buying lotto tickets there yesterday, I hail from north side of the border and when we told her that we drove 4 hours to just buy lotto tickets, her demeanour was extremely pleasant, also witnessed something what she did for a customer who was short on money won our hearts, a huge shout out to Rose for the way she handled our tickets buying experience and I know just my comment might not make a difference but hey Town Pump, you guys are very fortunate to have an employee like ROSE running your business. Can’t wait to go back there again see her smiling face once more. Very happy with my visit.

This is the first “big” travel centre south of Canadian border (Alberta). I love it because it stocks 1 litre wide-mouth bottles from the Montana Pepsi Bottler (Mountain Dew, A&W). This is the greatest reusable water bottle known to humanity.

They have just about everything you need at a gas station and then some. Management is excellent, I love the people that check my groceries out. Big shout out to Steve! He's one of my favorites. I apriciate the cooks alot. They always prep alot of different food. I use my exon rewards card all the time because I love saving money.

I had no issues. Grant it bathrooms are outdated. But nothing to swear it was awful. It's in no where Montana, what do you expect, HOLIDAY INN? Food was good and the people at fuel desk are "brash" but nothing I can't handle. Especially when you have to deal with rude and inappropriate truckers that come in and feel they own the damn place, if get nasty too. And yes I'm a trucker.

Almost always poor service here. They cant run a credit card properly. Heavy set cashier went on break and made me wait 15 minutes at register. Approx 12 in line. Once she returned from break she counted the money 3 times. Told me it wss alot of money and could loose her job if till was wrong. Apparently leaving customers with ELDs at counter for 15 minutes and being rude/slow have no affect on employment. This place almost always has some issues, expect poor slow service. Brian Schroeder

No WiFi. Get limited WiFi from Motel 6 to the west, as long as a truck doesn't park on the west side of me.Staff courteous and helpful. Large truck drivers' lounge upstairs, washers and dryers, showers are small but clean.Parking for overnighting is very limited.There is a great Family Cafe just to the east to walk to.

I am a trucker i love the showers and the drivers loung!!!! So i have a cord that goes to my phone to HDMI so i went to my favorite truck stop (town pump in Shelby, MT) and dont have to deliver till monday so i got a shower, put on my sweats, slippers, with snack foods, and some pop and watched the walking dead on their tv and in the big comfy chairs with my blanket on me it feels like chilling at grandma's house!!!!!

Bad fuel. Fuel there 3 weeks ago. Had to change filters by time i hit post falls id. Then came back through 10 days later. Same thing. Changed filters in post falls id. Turned east had to change them again in iowa. $300 in filters in 3weeks id been better off buying fuel in canada

The management is horrible to their employees and should have some respect for them it is disgusting and should be addressed Everytime I'm in there there's an employee getting the third degree for something stupid if there was more jobs available in the town of Shelby I'm sure town DUMP would shut down due to lack of employees and poor management get it together and treat your employees like you would want to be treated 😡
