Completely dissatisfied by the customer service provided by team member “Micheal” I’ve sent my wife to the store as I’ve been injured and unable to walk much and twice now while she has been there has this team member made her cry because of the disrespectful comments he makes such as “are you sure you can afford it?” these comments were prompted due to her being in a rush and having to take off 4 boxes of mac & cheese due to my own negligence of making sure she had the correct credit card instead I had handed her a different one with less money than she needed, she let it go even after I gave her the rest of the money she needed plus some because of how rude this man was, she goes again today and he makes this comment before she has a chance to pay, she reported it to the manager who stated “they don’t expect this from any team member as it’s unprofessional” completely unacceptable and uncalled for to treat a customer that way

This building needs to be replaced or at the very least, modernized and enlarged. The aisles are too narrow to pass two carts in several areas. If you're shopping in the back of the store (meat, dairy & wines) it is NOT possible for more than one cart to get through the maze. Same with the bakery/deli. If you're planning on purchasing your items at the front of the store, you can usually expect to wait several minutes and then there's no room for the active shoppers to get by the in-line shoppers. It's always an experience. I especially liked when there was no heat last winter for several months. I think this building was constructed in the early 60s and it shows. Don't even think about using the bathroom...

Nice people. The store was very clean and shelves were faced (I worked retail 😊) .Great customer service. Store Manager was very friendly and hands on. I was very impressed to see him stocking shelves along side his team.

Bump in here often since they're cheaper than Gary and Leos. And they have much fresher produce. And much better meat! All around will always return. Plus the deli peeps are the truly the friendliest in the whole store. :)

Decent sales, clean store, friendly individuals. Has a bargain rack, always sells holiday items, bakery and pasta salad/chicken is also decent.When things aren't on sale they're expensive, but maybe that's just how everything is now. Recommend especially in a small town with nothing else around for miles.

We love our little grocery store. It's a little pricey but it beats driving 90 miles to Great Falls. Everyone is helpful and the store is nice and clean.They've even added a lot of non-dairy options!!

Great deals! Easy app. But when you pay at the register it's so confusing, cause it doesn't show what discount's we're taking off! Albertsons really needs to fix the computer's at the register to show you what and how much money you saved.

Awesome. This little town of Shelby was well stocked. A big plus was the fresh fried chicken and Deli foods available for us travelers. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Seems like every time I go to this store, most things I want and/or need are more expensive at every visit but, when you're the only game in town, that's to be expected. I just needed a few things so I didn't really buy all that much. What's irritating is how many people are stocking shelves during business hours. One guy filling the isles with bread products was hardly anything but patient so I came back later and waited for him to get out of the way. In the mean time, I wanted some sliced ham but there was no bell so I walked back behind the wall and asked for some assistance. Of course someone came right out and took care of me. I asked what happened to the bell; their answer, "Corporate thought it looked out of place." Judging from the look I got, I figured they didn't like that question. This store is always busy so there really is not the right time to go shopping... I think next time, I'll take my own bell when I need something from the deli area. If only the Albertsons corporate "bosses" would come in and just watch how things work, maybe they would work out a better plan on how to do things.

It's a small store, but there is ALOT of variety! I'm making chicken gyros for dinner and they had everything I need to make it. Quite pleased with my experience there. The stocker lady was very helpful!

Doesn't have the inventory I wish it had considering its the only grocery option in town. I find myself sometimes driving to Cutbanks Albertsons in order to find what I'm looking for. Otherwise no issues getting in and out and I'm extremely thankful for the deli.

Prices are great and so easy to get to. Not many options in this part of montana for groceries. So this is perfect for those who don't want to drive an hour to great falls to get good value.

Produce is NEVER FRESH, sometimes rotting! Outdated dairy products frequently on shelves! Poor overall selection of product availability. Monopoly here since it's the ONLY LOCAL grocery store. I only go in there if I absolutely must. Most of the time they don't stock what I need anyway.

Only grocery store in Shelby. We get a few things here, but its way too expensive to fill a cart here. You are better off driving the 85 miles to Great Falls and getting most of your groceries.

Good little local grocery store, the only issue we have is the produce is not rotated enough. Deli is small but good and has just about everything else we could need in town.

Edit: the produce has gotten better since writing this. Still room for improvement, but definitely better.This is the worst supermarket for produce. They just let it sit on the shelves and go bad. The beets are mushy, broccoli is wilty and yellow sometimes, green beans and brussel sprouts get little dark marks on them, etc. They will also sell mushy berries and half rotting avocados. Watch out for the eggs too in case they are expired. Pretty sad considering vegetables are supposed to be one of the main things we eat.

I got food poisoning from the deli and there is a lack of natural organic food options. I suppose prices are good and staff are friendly and helpful.
