Great experience with this business. Had to get a vehicle towed from Missoula to Seeley Lake and they were on top of it from start to finish. From the office person, Kathy, to the tow operator we were informed of when the vehicle would reach its destination and if there were any delays. Customer service is top notch and they went above and beyond. Can’t say enough good things about them!!

This business deserves more than five stars!!! Our family of seven broke down 45min from anywhere. Luckily they were called by a young man I waved down and asked to call a tow. It was Sunday evening, day before the holiday, and he showed up surprisingly fast to get us back in our rig (that a friend's pup had inadvertently locked us out of). He was so efficient and kind. Ben, Kathy and Doris put my worries at ease and helped me keep my old truck rolling safely down the road. They fixed my brakes and an accelerator issue and got me back on the road in no time. These folks are wonderful! I needed a tow from Clearwater to Bigfork and they were prompt, professional and very helpful. They understood the issue I had with my truck and even offered to try to fix the issue without the need for a tow if it could be done.

When 5 stars doesn’t seem enough. These folks are WONDERFUL! I can’t say enough good things.I got a flat in the Forrest above the lake and called these folks, I didn’t initially bring it in and decided to head to Missoula to get tires changed. My spare (so I thought) was about to pull my car apart and making crazy sounds.Waiting pulled over on side of the road 7pm, no reception, feeling helpless thinking what now…. A car pulls over to help. It was the husband and wife owners of the towing company. The husband had just gotten his tooth pulled, in his day off, he jumped into help. I can’t say enough how kind and gracious they were to my predicament.They got me on the road in 15 minutes and gave me some maintenance tips as well.This will be my mechanic for my Jeep from now onTHANK YOU! Five stars is not good enough for these guys! I am from Virginia, and had an issue with my 19 year old Honda on a Friday evening. Ben looked at it right away and figured out the problem, and got me on my way quickly. I got to pet his dogs, too while I waited. Lucy and Bear are wonderful!! Thanks again guys!!!

This was not a good experience. And by 'not good' I mean it made the day's definition shift from 'horrible' to just about 'unbearable.'My sister got into a very bad crash at six in the morning (The car rolled four times) the tow company brought the car to their lot and promptly told us that we would either have to pay 300 up front for the FIVE-mile drive (And sign over the title), or wait until our insurance came in, and the price would go up to 800. (It was said to us exactly this way, 'If you don't do this, I'll be forced to do that.')I tried to get things out of my sister's car for her and voices were not raised, no--this man shouted at me for touching 'his property' without right. He went on to explain to me that this might be a crisis for us, but for him, it's just a Monday, and I should be understanding of his right to refuse anything in the car that belongs to my sister. He held the car and its contents for ransom until we paid, basically. I'm sure that's typical business practice, but there's such a thing called 'tact,' which could have come in handy when he decided to yell at my sister too.Also, on top of all this, by the strictest legal definition--they wouldn't let us take the car stereo. First, it was, 'I don't have the tools,' then it was, 'I don't have the time,' then after the car was notarized over to them it was, 'Well, it's ours.'They made a lot of money off of our hardship. It may have been legal but it certainly wasn't respectful, considerate, or anything less than money-grubbing.I think you could have a very good experience with them as your towers, yes, as long as you're very manipulatable and 'considerate of their great sacrifices for you,' or, alternatively...as long as you're not a woman.Some excerpts from their lovely posters that are totally appropriate for a business:We like guns more than women because...If you admire a friend's gun and tell him so, he will probably let you try it out a few times.Guns function normally every day of the month.You can buy a silencer for a gun.If these people wanted to make a lot of money, they should've gone into a field that didn't require discarding ethics and lying to traumatized people to get that money.I hear cooks are making more these days, and customers at restaurants are a lot less likely to pull into the parking lot sobbing—just a suggestion.Service: Car towing

What a fantastic group! I had a much less than stelar weekend, but it was made bearable by these folks! Had to call twice for different issues but on both occasions they we timely, honest, knowledgeable and above all friendly and funny. Helped to make things just a bit easier. He showed compassion as we both just experienced our first accident, offered & we accepted to stop to use the restroom and get something to drink as we had been sitting on the side of the highway for a few hours! As the season starts to turn, the snow melts and creates a perfect environment to get stuck! After using recovery boards, another vechile to try and pull out our f250 we conceded to calling a Tripple A.My only regret is I didn’t call them sooner because this tow truck company was great! My friend and I hit a deer in our rental car at 6am on our way to the airport. Got a flat coming into Seeley from Missoula and called these guys. They are the only place you can get an affordable new tire, plus installation done on the weekend. 5 stars for having a new tire in stock to put on, installing it super fast and being super friendly. Good group of people. Honest techs that know what they're doing. I had a misfire on my truck and drove to their shop as it was the closest shop to where I was, they were kind enough to take a look at it despite being as busy as they were, they were able to diagnose the issue rather quickly, and while it wasn't the answer I was hoping for I'm grateful they were able to figure it out and were kind enough not to charge me for the diagnosis.All in all, I highly recommend these guys if you need any repairs, they definitely know what they're talking about, and they're good, honest mechanics which from my experience is hard to come by

Got a flat on our camping trip. Stopped in to see if these guys had time to fix it. Not only were they open on Labor Day, they got us right in. Even put the tire back on for us! And we’re so kind dealing with our obnoxious barking dog’s, gave them treats. We will be using them every time we go back to Seeley!! Traveling from Indiana to Eureka, then from Eureka down to Vegas — a very low Trans Am decided to entirely break its rear coil-over connection to the rear end — Clearwater Towing was right down the road and I was able to swing in and they have me right up on the lift and trying their best!Regardless of the outcome… amazing service and friendliest people you’ll meet.
