We recently stayed at Lake Creek Inn and have nothing but great things to say about our stay.First off, the room was wonderful. We stayed in a 2-queen room with kitchen. The room was clean and comfortable, and we felt right at home. It had a full-size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and coffee maker as well as all the items you would need within the kitchen. The bathroom was spacious with a large walk in shower, even a separate heater to warm up the bathroom to take off that morning chill. The room was obviously recently remodeled and very well done. Decorated with unique and local decor.There was plenty of space to spread out, even with the 100# dog along. The property has a large green space in the back as well as some trees along the parking lot to provide ample area to take the dog out. Poop bags are provided to make clean up more convenient as well.The location of the property is convenient, right on Hwy 2, making it easy to find and access. The owners were pleasant and eager to make the stay comfortable. They were easily accessible and willing to do anything to make our vacation/stay the best. We will definitely stay here again whenever we come back to enjoy this beautiful area in our amazing country.We greatly appreciate the hospitality and for helping make our stay so great! Thank you!

My husband, 2 kids and myself stayed last night. The rooms looked newly remodeled. The rooms was clean for the most part, the fridge and freezer needed wiped out, the light switch in the bathroom was pretty gross, I own my own small cleaning business and I happened to have cleaning products in my car so I cleaned the light switch myself, The floors turned my white socks dark brown. Other than that the place was great, the sheets and towels were clean. The woman at the front desk, can't remember her name, she was super friendly. With all being said we will definitely be back as we have family that lives in Troy.

Super cute spot. We were in town from the Seattle area for a wedding and this was the “go to” inn in town. It did not disappoint. AC, comfy beds, a Roku with Hulu, netflix, etc. Only downside I would say- which I know is because the rooms are small- it was hard to find a plug in the bathroom for a hair dryer. That’s it. But loved it and will def be back. Thank you!!!

Lake creek inn was an excellent place to stay! We had 6 of us and stayed in the 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. It has a kitchen and living room and the couch in the living room pulled out to a bed which was great! There was a gazebo with a picnic table, bbq, fire pit, hammock and horse shoe area too. They were very accommodating of us checking in later in the evening as well as allowing for a late check out. The normal check out time is 11am, but you can pay a small fee and check out at 1pm which helps a ton for late risers. It was very clean and inviting!!!!We will definitely stay again when we are in town!!!

Nicest most accommodating owners ever. Room was first rate clean and fresh. Room was near the road but not much traffic at night. Stayed here on a bikepacking stopover. Owners went way beyond our expectations in assisting and accommodating us where ever needed. Highly recommend.

We appreciated the comfy bed and a/c at the Lake Creek Inn in Troy, MT. The hosts were very nice and helped us check in and out. The room was very space efficient and managed to have two queen size beds, a counter with two stools and a bathroom with a sink and shower, all while looking very country and cozy. The hosts gave us good directions to the Kootenai Falls Suspension Bridge and two slices of homemade huckleberry cheesecake. If you are looking for a more quiet spot to sit in the porch and watch the sky, ask for the rooms in the back. Absolutely stop by and enjoy a good night’s sleep at the Lake Creek Inn.

I’ve had 3 extended stays here in different rooms. Some have full kitchenettes (in the back row against the woods), smaller rooms in the mid section that still had partial kitchen and were fine for my needs, and some very small rooms facing the highway that had to do in a pinch. Very pleasant gazebo and picnic area with a big lawn popular with kids getting their ya ya’s out. Lawn is also a good spot for a solo traveler (me) to kick back in the dark summer sky in a chair with a whiskey checking out the Milky Way, constellations, and planets not visible in the city. Owners were friendly, fair, and accommodating.

Lake Creek Inn is a very cute, clean, comfortable place to stay in Troy! The nicest most accommodating owners! Very available and had a few extras we forgot! We had 2 rooms, party of 8, one room had fullKitchen one room less, they were roomy & so cute! Nice mornings sitting on the deck drinking coffee & in the evenings bbq on the deck! Highly recommend!

This is a great run family business nice clean rooms decent prices. Right off the Highway. Room is quiet has a refrigerator and a microwave in it and a sink. Of course also a bathroom and TV. Air conditioner works great didn't check out the heater as it was hot there's also two Creeks nearby and a couple of restaurants. Including the Silver Spur delicious food check them out. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends

I really enjoyed my stay and will stay again next time I am in Troy. I felt very welcomed at the in. The rooms though small felt very comfortable. I loved sitting outside my room watching the traffic drive past and listening to the train. When it came to sleep I didn't hear the traffic or the train.

My husband and I are in Troy frequently visiting family. The Lake Creek Inn is our "go to". Its situated in the small, charming town of Troy, close to a cute little coffee shop. The manager, Cheryl, is so welcoming and accommodating. She recently took over the property and has done an amazing job getting it back on its feet. We really look forward to our weekends away. I highly recommend.

Staff was great! Beds were very uncomfortable, wifi did not work for our entire 4 night stay (we did tell staff after 1st night), and rooms are pretty small. There wasn't much that the staff could have done to make things better, it's just how the place physically was. I appreciate the small town feel, but a few things like comfort and internet would have made this an alright stay.
