I used to purchase ground jerky that came in a tube canister 50 years ago. The texture was not great - being ground meat - but the flavor was amazing! At some point the company changed their recipe and the jerky was not nearly as good. I haven't been able to find something comparable in flavor until now!Old West Beef Jerky is the ticket. And it is whole meat! The best jerky out there. I'm so happy I found you guys! Yes, it is tough as rawhide but tasty as the great outdoors. Rip a chunk off the stick and savor the flavor! Take your time. There's no need to rush. Relax and enjoy the best jerky available to mankind.

Ordered some jerky to our office, and it was exceptional. Will definitely be ordering more. Proper jerky - probably the best I've had. Nice and tough - the type you have to gnaw on. This company is based out of Montana and they make some of the best beef jerky around. This is high quality stuff with real meat and real flavor. This is definitely not like the store bought brands. If you are a fan of beef jerky, I highly recommend giving them a try. A couple of my favorites are the peppered beef and the Honey jalapeño.

I have searched long and hard to find a Jerky seller that actually is worth it. This is the site. Best jerky, not loaded with salt, no sugar added and perfect for my KETO diet. I am hooked to these guys. Its hard not to eat the entire order at one time. best jerky regardless, whether its Elk, Buffalo, Or just meat. Traditional is the way I remember. These guys are legit. Try it. You'll be convinced.

Excellent!Found this brand browsing the SHOP app and decided to give them a try and glad I did. Not being used to "old west style" the toughness did catch me by surprise at first, but then I really enjoyed the chew! The Honey Buffalo had great mild flavor, not overpowering, not too sweet, just right! And dry but not too dry like the cardboard I've had from some other brands. Very impressed to say the least. Not the cheapest, but you're paying for quality so definitely worth it. I will have to treat myself again soon!

I ordered this jerky because of a social media ad that made it sound delicious. The style of this jerky (old fashioned beef) from M&S meats is very dry. I understood that before purchasing but didn't think the flavor would be so bland and lacking. No savory seasoned salt flavor as most old fashioned jerkeys have. It merely had a faint garlic taste with minimal smoke. Very disappointing. I took two bites to confirm the taste profile and threw the whole pack away... Don't waste your money.

We bought 2 of the sample packs and we absolutely enjoyed them! Ranked I’d have to say teriyaki was on the bottom followed by the jalapeño honey, original, peppered, and last but definitely not least the old west style! We found the fat content of the old west style to add a lot of flavor and a melt in your mouth sensation. All together we were very happy with our purchase and the speed of delivery. We will definitely be ordering more!

I have easily tried over 100 types and configurations of jerky spanning decades. You are only the 3rd deserving of praise. I ordered online. The separate small packaging is smart—do not change it. M&S Meats Montana is, no doubt, world-class and one of the top jerky makers globally—my opinion, of course! If I ever travel through Montana, you will be one of the reasons. Can we give 10 stars?

My first order was a Bison Jerky variety pack. Had a friend over to try the different flavors.We sipped Bourbon, ate 5 great meats with engaging conversation.Looking forward to sharing this order of Beef flavors.

Great Road Trip Stop...... by some miracle some of the treats even made it all the way home! This little roadside shop on Flathead lake has so many delicious meats and cheeses. Jerky made from Elk, Beef, Buffalo and so much more. Pepperoni and sausage too. The cheese curds some in several flavors. We loved the Jalapeno curds best. The Old West Jerky and the Buffalo Honey were both our favorites! Soooo good. And they have a whole case of dog & pet specialties too! All in all we left with $75 of goodies and our dog was as happy as us... or maybe even happier! A must visit if you love Jerky and are in the area!

If you ever decide on buying from them I recommend the Honey Jalapeno Old West Beef Jerky especially if you like some spiciness with your jerky. This product is tough and chewy and I love it. I hope to buy from them soon.

This is real hand cut dried meat. It’s not soft like Jack Links or other convenient store bagged stuff. It’s real jerky.
