Shelves look nice; but employees are not. Going out for a smoke break when there is a line, leaving one person, is not appropriate. Cashiers are slow and rude.

In the past, this store has met my simple needs without a problem, and staff has been great. However, twice in as many weeks, I dropped in to grab something. Both times staff was in a mental fog, working at snails pace with shelves empty throughout the store while delivered merchandise sat in unpacked boxes in the isles. Over priced, understocked, lethargic staff. Are these folks on drugs or just hungover from last night. HORRIBLE!Corporate Office: Flush current staff and get a better team back in this store!

oh brother. Why bother to stop in.? Shelves are empty. Not one roll of gift wrapping paper in store, 98% empties on the drug aisle, coolers near empty. Unpacked Groceries piled high on every aisle. Spent $30 but none of it was on my " list". Corporate's fault. Ought to be ashamed of themselves! Greedy but brainless.

Ever since this place opened, I was so glad to find affordable after school snacks and quick microwavable food for lunch on the go. Most of all, I love the yakisoba and the baked potato sticks. But enough about the merchandise. The employees are all kind and willing to support the customers as well and the layout is convenient. I would gladly recommend Family Dollar.

Buyers beware!!!! My son used some Birthday money to buy headphones from Red Lodge Family Dollar today. Brought them home and they were broken. Two hours later I took them back and family dollar would not exchange or return them or even exchange for a gift card due to Covid. Their excuse is they have their policy posted and no exceptions - they are family dollar and that’s how it is. Every other retailer I’ve dealt with during this time have been extremely generous with their return policy during this difficult time. He is just out his money. What a lesson for a 9 year old and they have lost our business. So much for trying to have our kids shop in town. I just want everyone to know family dollar doesn’t care about their customers.

I used to go here while i was working seasonally at the pollard hotel. Seemed like a good place, until i was falsely accused of shoplifting, and subsequently banned from the store even though i did nothing to deserve it or the humiliation.I don't plan on ever going back to red lodge again, had a lot of poor experiences...this was one of many.

Because they are short of help there is alot of empty shelves. Supplies maybe in back but defiantly not out in the store currently. Not always the cleanest store either.

Love this store. It’s like a. Small Walmart. I grew up with Family Dollar in the South and so glad to see them here in Montana!

Lots of stuff. Not cheap enough. Dollar means more than a dollar. However, they are in a town that charges a lot for all the basics. Family dollar saves you a bit. Have to say that the employees are amazing

Who would have thought a family dollar would be such a hit, but it has been. I can often times find items I am looking for that other stores in town do not sell, and often times at a lot lower price.
