Definitely a superstore. This place is like a Home Depot, Michael’s, Walgreens and Albertsons all in one.We came looking for a sun hat. The employees were great at telling us exactly which aisle to look in amongst the hundreds of aisles. The sun hat we were looking for didn’t exist at this megastore, but it was an impressive shop to walk around.Literally everything you need to run a household. They even sell cigarettes here.Plenty of wide open parking out front.

Lost phone, gave customer service 2 phone numbers to call if turned in. Went in a little over an hour later, set off the alarm for find my phone to help track it. Found customer service turning off the alarm or trying to turn the phone off. Takes less then a minute to call, she stated she was so busy. No one was in line. She then said we didn't have to be rude when we called her out on trying to just turn the alarm off.

Self Check-Out is never open... more people go through that , then the checkers.... Which are so slow and there is always lines .,,, Get your schedule updated and open the Self Check-Out..... Very Very disappointing ....

Stopped here for a quick visit on 2 July 2019 at 939pm, to buy some breakfast items for the morning to eat in our Airbnb. The store was clean and bright. Easy in and easy out

Srop selling expired food items. Give your employees access to cancel online orders. Train your employees to finish online orders properly. Train and hire employees to run checkout aisles.

The community definitely needs this store and is a great choice for making it a supercenter. It gives the community access to good quality low price goods and food. Not only does this provide great price points. It provides an amazing amount of well paying jobs that offer benefits and retirement options.

Most of the employees are friendly and very helpful. Some of them need customer service training.Sometimes it's hard to find certain products like party invitations, twist up air fresheners, certain varieties of canned dog and cat food.I find trash and refrigerator items in places they shouldn't be. Why aren't the employees keeping the shelves cleaned from trash debris?

Over all I really like this location. The store is clean, the personnel are helpful, and the aisles are pretty well stocked. I just really wish they had an automotive department, with the service and oil changes available. I can't figure out why they don't, when they would have a lot of customers for it. Also, selection in most departments is pretty slim.

Never enough checkers. The self checkout is always busy. Not a good place for a fast stop. It always feels a little grimy. The store has most of what a customer looks for.

Posting on my Business Account, I applied for a position. The interview went well but position was not a good fit, so I was informed to try AP. I even met the Coach whom would take over the interview process the following week. It turns out the employee whom informed the lead that he/she would be resigning from AP, is staying.If you do not have enough time to train and mentor to open up a second AP, then please don't squander me with hopeful possibility, then gaslight me after you have said you would reach out.If you say you're going to do something, do it.

This is a great Walmart. It's the employees that makes the difference. That said, all the shelves were fully stocked and it was one day before the 4th of July. Management was prepared for the large influx of tourists and locals preparing for the 4th of July holiday. There is plenty of parking with handicap parking up close. The store was exceptionally well organized and very clean. I had some heavy items and the cashier offered to call someone to help me load my car. That's a first time experience for me at a Walmart and that's what made this place special. I also had to ask two other employees where other items were and they didn't just point they literally took me to what I was looking for. This is an unusual experience for me at a Walmart. My experience is with the large Walmarts in the large inner cities of Salt Lake City and Billings Montana or Dallas Texas. The experience is wildly different here.

I haven't had one bad experience at Walmart. Staff is helpful and will drop what they're doing to help you find something. I prefer self checkout, and although it has a 20 item limit, the staff has never refused me, even when scanning two carts full of groceries. Customer service is also very helpful, I've had times when I need to return items with no receipt or tag and they still allowed me to return the item.

Waited at the fabric counter for about 10 minutes after ringing the bell several times. Three employees passed us before someone finally stopped to ask if we needed help. Then the guy who came to helped didn't greet us and proceeded to gossip with another employee for another 5 minutes while we waited to be acknowledged and assisted.Employees don't say excuse me or seem to care when almost hitting people with their stocking carts.Several young employees were messing around on their phones in the office supply section.The quality of customer service is very low.One employee greeted us and asked us if we needed help. A nice gentleman from the electronics.

Recently I went into the Polson Walmart and I got $40 back from after i checked out. anyhow I got distracted and I walked off and forgot about it but a gentleman that works there his name is 'ART' happened to see that I left it there. He grabbed the money and he went and found me and gave it back to me. I am 56 years old and I can count on one hand how many times something like that has happened to me!!! That kind of honesty and Integrity is so rare that I had to write up a review and let everybody know that if you see that guy in the store please go up and shake his hand for me because I have already thanked him several times and let his bosses know that as well. Wa-mart better not ever not ever fire him because if they do I will hire him in a heartbeat and I hope that Walmart somehow reads this and rewards that gentleman in some way!!!!!!

Polson supermarket is, by far, the best one around. Well stocked shelves, open lanes. On mid-day Tues. Walked right to a checkers, parking in and out easy. We'll worth a trip south from Bigfork rather than to Kalispell.

It's way overcrowded and chaotic, but for the level of chaos, it wasn't disorganized or dirty like some places are. Even the bathrooms were decent.
