Their customer service is horrific and they never have any of the medications needed. I ultimately switched to a pharmacy I would feel comfortable with and be able to get my medication on a regular basis. My mom has used them much longer. Now, the customer service is just as horrible to my mom. Recently she's ran into a string of issues from them not having enough of her medication if any at all or having her prescription mysteriously deleted from their system by a staff member and nobody having any answers or solution for her. Please if you're looking for a pharmacy to use DO NOT use this Walgreens. The last pharmacist Ken was amazing and the current Erin are excluded from this because they are always nice and try to help. I just want people to avoid the headache that comes with this pharmacy. It's been years and nothing changes.

Absolutely the worst customer service from a pharmacy ever. I was in Polson on a trip. My plane was cancelled and I needed 3 pills of a non-opiate/non-abused common medication before I could get another flight out. Called in the morning on a Friday said it would ready in 90 min. But 7 hours later I called to check- they hadn't even called my home pharmacy. Later I called again and they had now called my home pharmacy and said they couldn't fill it because I had no refills remaining - which is something I had told them that 10 hours earlier. But now my home doctor was closed and could not authorize a refill. The pharmacist was unconcerned, arrogant and rude. Had no sympathy or concern that I would have to go 3 days without a critical drug. Didn't care at all and didn't apologize for forgetting about my call until it was too late to contact my doctor before a weekend. This pharmacy has other poor reviews for good reason. Don't go here.

Had a very specific medication with a coupon that was going to make a significant discount. There were many roadblocks that kept the discount from working on the computer end. Tyler the Pharm-Tech did not give up and kept working on the issue until it was resolved! He was a tremendous blessing. All the staff that day were very kind as my situation was time consuming and probably a stressor on their workload. Thank you Polson Walgreens!!! The issue was resolved and saved us a tremendous amount of money.

I was shopping trying to get what I needed for the weekend. This man made sure I knew that they were closing in 5 min. Then continued to pace between isles reminding us they are closing. It was super rude and extremely rushed. Didn’t get half of my list because he made me feel so uncomfortable. Will not be returning.

This 4th of July weekend made it very difficult in getting a Rapid covid test required by Hawaii to travel there. I had several pleasant and helpful phone conversations with Carrie the pharmacist. She worked out the solution that made it possible to get the test done in the required time for Hawaii safe travel.Thank you Carrie for your kindness and help.

Horrible experience. Totally incompetent pharmacy staff. Told me my script was picked up days ago in another city (wrong) and told me my immediate need script had not been called in. All of this after being told it would be 15 minutes while they filled them. And 15 minutes later, suddenly they don't have them, so sorry. Drive home, call and told oops we made a mistake and you can come your scripts, we have them all right here.Gross incompetence. Borderline negligence. Never shop here if you want your scripts on time, and correct! Managment was basically unhelpful and uninterested in the problem.

I love the pharmacists here they are always so caring and helpful and get you in and out . I have been getting my medicines filled here for the past 2 years and have never once had a problem or had to wait longer then 10 to 15 minutes

The pharmacist at the a Walgreens in Polson, MT is awesome. Travis was extremely helpful in getting me a prescription filled when I forgot my medicine at home and was visiting the area. He went way above and beyond to help me and I appreciate it so much!!! I highly recommend Walgreens in Polson, MT.

Pharmacy can sometimes be a bit slow but typically goes above and beyond. Numerous times they’ve worked with prescriber and insurance company to fix issues on one or the others end. Rest of the store/staff is meh.

This is the last time I try to fill a RX here. They are completely incompetent and continually pass the buck and then they just hang up on you. I've paid $200 for RX that my insurance said should've cost $25. It's a nightmare.

So many people need the drive in services they offer here but they close so early it is very unhelpful. Wish you would change you're drive thru hours.........wish in one hand poo in the other huh
