Very clean, organized store with extremely helpful associates. Every time we have been here, within the first 5 minutes an associate asks if there is anything they can help you find? Isles are clearly and martked in detail pertaining to items what items are included in the isle. Most inventory is available through numerous brands ranging in prices to fit most budgets.

What Walmart doesn't carry, you can find here. Good for paint, hardware and light contractor needs. Ask for help; employees on the floor very friendly, helpful. Checkers try, but best to check with older fellows who are usually available if you ask.

This is not a one time occurance. Everytime I go in the kids that work there are rude and unhelpful. They follow you around yet don't provide any help or know where anything is at. The lady at the front is unfriendly, rude and very dismissive. They make me feel like I am a burden to them by being there. Wish I had another place to get some of the things I need, would never step foot on here again.

The employees here are friendly and always willing to help you find what you need. If they don't have it in stock, they will check Ronan store to see if they have it in stock. They have even ordered stuff and had it there anywhere from 3 hours to the next day. 😃

Super nice and help people here! They are a bit on the pricey side, but always have what I need, or they will help me find where I can get it. And I don't have to drive an hour to the Big Box store. So all in all it is worth paying a bit more for knowledgeable and friendly staff who are only 10 minutes away.Thank Polson Ace!

It was great, the customer service was excellent. Although I was only picking up a a chainsaw bar, chainsaw chain, and axe. Which I knew what I was getting for being a sawer. I decided to test the service by asking them. Which turned out excellent gor getting what I needed!

Got kicked out because I refused to wear a mask. May I add this is the only store I have been to in the STATE, that has enforced masks like this store. Will not take my business to Polson Ace ever again, even after this virus. I will happily go to WBC for my needs where I am accepted.

This particular store is located on the Flatehead Indian Reservation. My husband, who is tribal, and I went to pick up a wrench he needed on Black Friday during the evening hours. My husband is in his 50's, has grey hair and was dressed in his overalls due to working on his younger sons van. We found the wrench and had the coupon from the ad to use in our purchase. We decided to look around the store to kill some time while we waited on our pizza order from Pizza Hut next door. As we walked around, I noticed one of the managers watching us. Never once did he approach us, but kept an eye on us we strolled the store. At one point, my husband excused himself to go use the facilities and handed me the wrench. The manager noticed this and I returned his stare and went down the pet food isle to see if they had a product I was looking trying to find. No dice so I started back up front to wait on my husband. The manager quickly asked if I needed help. By this point I was getting mad at being made to feel as if I was some low life trying to steal something. I responded, no we found what we had come for and my husband was in the bathroom so I was waiting on him. My husband appeared we checked out and left. Racial profiling is what my husband called it when started discussing the situation in the car. He said, "I'm used to it". Well I'm not. I'm outraged. My husband spends a lot of money at Ace. He usually shops at the Store in Ronan where the people are friendly, courteous, and make us feel welcome. My husband teaches at the local Native College and buys a lot of things from Ace. My husband also is a very educated man, having a Masters Degree in Education. He doesn't go around with a sign saying " I'm not your stereotypical Indian." I have a Bachelors in Marking and work at a local competitor. He could buy more from my business since he gets my discount, but he choices to continue to shop at his Ronan Ace. To be made to feel like we were 'out to rip them off' is not a feeling I want to experience when I step in a business to give them 'hard earned money'. I think they need to change their customer service to have a more inviting presence, not to make their customers uncomfortable and Leary. I'm glad that I do not treat my customers the same way. My business will be continue with Ronan not Polson.

I came into ace hardware, as I have been doing for years, and they were upset that I was not wearing a mask. I explained to them that I have a health condition that prohibits me from wearing a mask and they were very rude to me and said that I had to leave. I would wear one but I can’t, I just wish people would follow the law, meaning that it is against the law to tell to leave as I am exempt because of my condition. I will no longer be supporting polson ace as they do not care for the health of their customers.
