The reason for the three stars is simply because they have the roof set up for RVs to get gas and yet the sticks to wash the windshields are as short as they can get.How on earth are you to wash your windshield when your car is really tall if you’re using tiny little squeegees. I would’ve gave this thing five stars if they would have just had longer handles.The inside was pretty clean. Nothing special had a little deli. Coffee says it has a casino. I didn’t check that part out though.Gas prices were very fair, and the place wasn’t really all that busy. All in all I would stop again, but I definitely would still be upset about the short handles on windshield cleaners.

Was massively not impressed. Went in to get just a couple things. Had ALL four workers follow me all over the store treating me like a thief and acting weird. Did not appreciate the rude way I was treated doing nothing but being a regular customer doing NOTHING shady or weird! I had to actually do a star, my preference would be a negative all together. The former owners did a much better job at making customers feel like you were appreciated! If you like being treated as if you are someone who belongs in jail please make this your place to stop!

Worst customer service. Most employees there are rude & act like they hate there job. I saw a customer ask for a bag, the employee ripped it off the roll & tossed it towards the customer. Been in there several times & have has a handful of stuff & not given a bag. Sometimes they have one person working & many many people in line. I've seen one person working & the other employee eating & slippering there drink while chatting with friends. This place is the worst, it's super unfortunate that sometimes it's the only option in town.

Just horrible both places. Ran outta gas bc the night guys neither of them didn't know how to take the Town PUMP pre paid cards...they told me u were locally own. And town pump is corporate...I worked here many different town pumps..just dumb man

Staff was nice but hot food was gross. BBQ burritos were burnt and the hotdogs are not labeled right. Waste of 11$ in food.

I buy my alcohol and tobacco at town pump generously, everyone there(around town as well) knows my husband and I well. I have provided ID for a tall older male cashier many times (I am a local and extremely loyal customer), and the ONE time I forget my identification I am turned away. He also likes to tell everyone "GOD BLESS"... NOT ALL OF US ARE RELIGIOUS AND a lot of us get extremely offended by choice words. I will no longer be using this location to purchase goods. Looks like Sinclair and the local liquor store are about to gain some awesome loyal customers from the many of us that have came together and talked.

The Plains Town Pump Gas Station is one of the town's biggest and best establishments. Even through the 2020 COVID-19 quarantine they still provide great service and quality products even when there is a risk of putting their good name in jeopardy. I personally go their every week and have never had a negative experience.

Worst town pump in the state wait in line takes a life time, and the people working the front are rude and do not have any sense of urgency. they never authorized of pump for pumping when you ask them to. you have to walk into the store and ask them to authorize the pump go back out pump and then come back into the store why is there a botton on the pump to pay inside after fueling if they never authorize it when you want them to. Also if people are waiting in line why does the cashier at the counter talk with the person paying for 5 minutes it's not important the conversation they are having is never that important the people standing in line waiting for 15 minutes are more important

Worst service iv ever seen.... just built a brand new store everything a breaking, pumps broke wall in to find out and the stupid woman working under the assistant manager Amanda just snips responses .. we ask. Are the pumps working the dumb cashier says no than nothing else just stands there no other word no other info as what is going on just says no and stands there... food you never know when anything is gonna be out... pizzas might be out at 9-11 maybe. I asked the assistant manager Amanda what her name was she turns around and walks off till I walked over in front and got her name.. tried to hide it.. becuse she did nothing a manager should, we gave this worthless gas station thousands of dollars a week no more

I had a friend pick me up a deli salad (chef) for lunch. I opened it and the ham and turkey was rotten and the salad was slimy, spent 4.99.

Don't waste your time stopping at this store never have anything in the hot case and they never stock the shelves and their customer service is the worst I have seen management really needs to pay attention to what their employees are doing
