Shelley is great! She does a wonderful job with Lady! Lady is a one-eyed rescue dog, and she is not an easy dog to groom. As you can see by Lady's picture, she has a special cut over her missing eye! Isn't she cute! Shelley's experience as a vet tech is an added bonus. If my dog shows any signs of possible health related issues, she lets me know, and I can follow up with the vet.

We have been taking our 3 pups to Shelley since she first took over the business and have always been very happy with the quality and kindness she and the staff show our pups. One of our pups is a rescue and can be very difficult to work with, as she had never been groomed before. They always work with her and make the experience as pleasant as possible. They understood the importance of my 2 little ones needing grooming asap as we were traveling and had no previous luck with a groomer. They worked the 2 of them in and did a wonderful job. Very nice folks here. I am new to the area and took my two dogs in for some grooming. I am sure this was as much communication on my part as it was theirs wanting to expedite cutting a yorki. I DID NOT ask them to sheer him. I paid 55$ for a sheer and a bath. Needless to say, my wife wasn't happy and now my dog is under the guise of: The difference between a good hair cut and a bad one is, 3 weeks. Again, nice folks but I already have friends;) I have a clipper set and could have, without skill, accomplished the same result and given him a bath. Live and learn!!
