These people try really hard to make this a great grocery store. There is not a massive selection of items, but you should be able to find suitable replacements for most things. Everybody here works really hard and is super friendly. The parking lot is too small though. I don’t want to sound negative about this grocery store, Because it’s not a negative at all, but I just want to explain that it is limited.

Proud of this little town grocery store. They take great care of us, call me by name, always help me find what I’m looking for, let me in after hours, make me fresh cinnamon rolls, do specialty cut meat. These guys are awesome.

The only good-sized grocery store in the whole area to my knowledge. Prices are understandably a bit higher than you might think. Parking lot is in front and you can check out a turn-of-the-century stone & iron jail house across the street & east of that parking lot.

Best local grocery store around. Friendly Service with a smile. Paper bags never plastic! Local meat and produce. Open after 6pm and open on Sundays. Not so in Hot Springs.

I adore these workers, they do so well with the public regardless of how much a customer pushes. I may be bias because I've worked here for two years now, but I adore these people and the wide selection of items provided by the owners. 10/10

This is a small grocery store, it allows online orders and pickups. As well allows public assistance programs. And an excellent choice for shopping. And allows for a $.05 discount for bringing your own bag as well. A good candy selection as well.

I will never step foot into this store again, no matter how desperate I may be. Not only do the cashiers dress unprofessional by wearing political shirts and masks but they’ll also chase you down and force you to wear a mask even though it’s NO longer mandated by our Governor. This establishment believes they have some power and can control your right as a human to breath fresh air! My family and I will take our business elsewhere.

My family shopped here for the first time today and unfortunately, it will be the last. My husband is a retired veteran. Due to medical reasons, he can't wear a mask as mandated. The cashier gave him a hard time and was very rude to him because he didn't have a mask on. He offered to show his VA card but she didn't seem to care that he was a disabled veteran. Its sad to think that veterans are being treated so rudely over a mask when there is a legitimate reason for not wearing one. Its because of people like my husband that people like her have the freedom they have. I think we will stick to businesses that treat their customers with respect and kindness, regardless of who they are.

A great little market with a huge variety. They have a nice organic section, great selection of cheeses, frozen foods and dairy alternatives and their meat quality surpasses most chain stores. The staff is friendly and the store is always sparkling clean. And in this day and age probably the only place left that has grocery carry out to help you load them in your car.

Went to plains for a visit with some friends stopped for steaks for dinner hoping to get something decent. Asked about tenderloin and the butcher went to the back and got fresh meat asking what I wanted. Actually ended up paying less than expected for better quality than I could have hoped for. Thank you for a great shopping experience. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I was attacked as soon as I walked in the store, for no face mask on. I was in the process of pulling it out. Wondering why I had to wear it when the state has issued NO MASK REQUIRED!!! And then you are hit with all the price gouging! Its no wonder most people shop elsewhere! That includes me!!!

I would like give 5 stars, but it's a 1 star review. Due to the employees they are kind, will help you with anything you need. The lack of a 4 star missing is because some people at the last minute forget to pick up milk and you get into your car drive to the store and BAMM not only have I forgot the milk. They Closed 1 hour ago. Bad really Bad

They are a great store, have everything you need, friendly staff, the people complaining about prices obviously do not understand how economics work. They are the only grocery store within 45 minutes of town, supply and demand means the prices are a little higher, only by a few dollars.

Typically very friendly associates, rarely much of delay at checkout, and they still believe in offering paper bags and carrying them out to the car if you so desire .. The hours have always been a personal peeve of mine because rushing out for butter and baking soda for pre-bedtime chocolate chip cookies with the kids at 10 pm on a Saturday night just isn't happening when they closed at 9 ..They carry a decent selection of different food items, however size of store and geographical location limit their on hand stock and severely effect the diversity of spoil sensitive produce, i.e. fruits which aren't common to the north west and seasonal/harvest vegetables .. Also, prices on many of the common items are substantially marked up and some items like spices or baking mixes, pet foods, personal hygiene products and coffee seem to be hiked nearly 2 fold vs chain stores an hours drive away .. Locals and distant county residents alike all know the nickname for the store ... McGougin's
