What a great place to stay. We were very pleased with our room and furnished kitchen, with microwave, toaster oven as well as a range top. Coffee maker, dishes and blender, small fridge. The bathroom was much larger than I expected. Shower no tub but perfect for us.It's clean and comfy and quiet. The manager was very nice as well. The office is quaint and decorated with all sorts of things from the past.My only regret is that tomorrow is my birthday and after going to the Sapphire Mine I would love to stay another night. However,it's already booked up.I highly recommend staying in this little gem .

It really is a nice place to stay. It's very affordable and pet friendly. Karen was very nice. The only negative thing was that the walls are thin. It's is absolutely beautiful there. Worth the drive. It's a very cute ole western town.

Stayed 2 night in August and was very pleased at how clean the room was!!! Also the room was updated with new windows and nice furniture and very secure. The owner and staff was very nice and accommodating. The only reason for 4 stars was the bed is only a full size, very hard for 2 people to sleep comfortably when there’s no room to roll over. I think there would be room for a queen bed with only a little rearranging of the room.

Lovely local inn. Very cozy, clean and quaint. The sheets are so comfortable, with plenty of extra pillows in the room. I LOVED the view of the mountains just outside my window. Fast wifi too! The owner is a very sweet lady, polite and cheery. I LOVED that there were several books of various genres in the room just in case you forgot your own. Overall a very pleasant place to rest my head.

The RV sites are large, but exposed with no shade. The walk to town is convenient, but strenuous, distance and uphill climb. On the other hand, the campground host was too busy with other tasks to be helpful or courteous. Also, it was somewhat surprising to learn that the showers in the bathhouse were coin operated, For $2.00, you get a 4 minute shower. This was our only option, this campground has a monopoly in the immediate Philipsburg area.

I checked in today, room was comfortable, clean, has everything i need for my 6 day stay. The Manager brought me over a coffee maker, and a few days supply of coffee. Refrigerator & microwave help for my 6 day stay. Best rates, conveniently located, Great Manager seems to take care of everything. Glad i booked here!

I wanted a place to stay while ice fishing at Georgetown lake, this was perfect, very affordable, owners are very nice, my room was clean and comfortable, only thing I can knock is the shower was nice and hot, but not alot of water pressure. This is not a deal breaker though, I will stay here again and I recommend it to anyone else visiting the area. Gas and groceries are practically right across the street.

We showed up last minute and they had a spot available, great price and friendly staff. Basic sites, nothing fancy, with full hook ups. Can't say enough about the bathrooms!! Clean, air conditioned, just like home, great water pressure on the shower. They even let us park the trailer so we could drive out to the mine after checking out. Definitely recommend for staying when in phillipsburg.

What a great place to stay! The rooms are perfect and so clean. Sherry got us checked in so we could get downtown; and Karen, the inn keeper let me borrow a phone charger. The room was clean and spacious enough for three people, there was a refrigerator and a microwave in our room, could not ask for more!

Stayed here while looking for sapphires at Gem Mountain. I can only speak for our room - #10. It’s clean, beds were super comfortable. Having a small refrigerator and microwave helped for meals. It advertised free wi-fi but in our room it was so weak you couldn’t find it. It may be better the closer you get to the main house. For gas, don’t bother with the Cenex across the street - most of their card readers don’t work. Use the Sinclair on the hwy - clean and well maintained.

A lovely little Inn, which might not grab your attention at first glance. But the manager was pleasant and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the price was just right. There was satellite TV and a mini-fridge in my room, as well. I highly recommend this Inn.

Kitchens for those with Allergies! We stayed here recently and loved the town. The Inn at Philipsburg was perfect for us - traveling with a child with allergies is stressful and this place, with it's kitchenette and grocery store just down the street, was perfect. Karyn was lovely during check out, as well. We loved the town and Inn.

Great little motel. Room is super clean, easy access, and comfortable. Nothing fancy, but exactly what I look for: friendly staff, clean and family run. Will stay here again.

I must disclose that I am acquainted with the owner. However, my recent visit, after a lapse of 17 years was great as always....Philipsburg is a very cool historic mining town and the Inn is well-located with all the amenities you could imagine. RV's and campers are welcome, too, and the value is fantastic. Karyn and her staff are very welcoming and will meet your every need, in addition to being extremely knowledgeable about the region and all its attractions. The place stays busy all year round. Pets are welcome. Rooms include TV's. Just be careful you don't hit a flamingo...the place is swarming with them!!

It would have been nice to know upon checking for the RV campground and after paying $33 for the night, that you still have to pay to take a shower. Not a good thing when you get to the bath house and discover this and you have no money with you, much less it only takes quarters.

Room was clean, rate was more than acceptable and it was just a couple minutes from downtown. Make sure you call a few weeks in advance to reserve your room.
